Have any of you all ever woken up in the middle of the night with really bad pain every time your heart would beat? It was really weird, and hurt pretty bad, but once I moved how I was laying it went away.
Any clue what it is?
Or have you ever experienced it?
do you mean like an abnormal awarness of your heartbeat with pain? I've had that, I thought it was because i'm anemic....
Angina (an-JI-nuh or AN-juh-nuh) is chest pain or discomfort that occurs when an area of your heart muscle doesn't get enough oxygen-rich blood. Angina may feel like pressure or squeezing in your chest. The pain also may occur in your shoulders, arms, neck, jaw, or back. It can feel like indigestion.
Angina itself isn't a disease. Rather, it's a symptom of an underlying heart problem. Angina is usually a symptom of coronary artery disease (CAD), the most common type of heart disease.
I've had the same thing, but I was told this
I do that but I have a heart condition so I'm really no help. If you are having palpitations (abnormal awareness of your heart beating), it can be caused by different things. It can mean something is wrong, but it can also be caused by your emotions, stress, too much caffiene, anemia, nausea and vomiting. There are a lot of factors that can effect it. I would just mention it to your doctor.
