I don't think my insurance will cover Clomid either - I haven't filled my prescription yet but I also heard that it wasn't very expensive...did they tell you what the cost would be to have it filled?

I did three rounds of clomid, it was only like $7-$12 at Target. The first two rounds of clomid after getting mature follicles I got a hcG trigger shot. The first one they prescribed me was "Novarel" same exact thing as Ovidrel and worked just as good and was much cheaper, but due to national shortage for a while my Dr switched me to Ovidrel which was about twice as much at about $60. So you might want to ask about Novarel. It was only like $20. I have Caremark and I just called their toll free pharmacy and they mailed it to me. It was easy.

Good Luck and Baby Dirt Girl!!!

Lets hope that this months takes so you dont have to go through another long and stressful cycle again.

Yeah, Non of my med's (Femara or ovidrel) was covered through insurance. Im not big on money or anything but I find that it would be worth it. I mean if it got to be too much and I was going month after after month of failed cycles I might switch to something thats = to ovidrel but is cheeper. Sometimes something thats = Could be better for ya you know?...

Yeah the weird thing about my twins is I chose Femara instead of Clomid because of the fact it had a lower chance at giving twins. And, Also the fact it had a higher chance at working. And, Well I got twins!!!..

Though I find that with any info I find on Femara I barley see many moms with twins that are on it.. So, Defanitly fewer moms with twins with Femara than moms on Clomid...

Def KEEP us updated on everything.. I'm looking forward to how things go.
