How soon after giving birth, can you wrap up belly really tight?
right afterwards is what i heard (if you're feeling ok and it doesnt hurt) i wish i would have known about doing that ...but i heard about it months after i gave birth
what is it for? i wanna know does it help lose the weight?
I have heard good things about this too. Anyone know of what brand of wrap is suggested?
I heard bits and pieces of this but can you ladies tell me what that's about I am interested in knowing myself
You wrap it up tight and leave it like that morning noon and night for 40 days straight ( you can take it off to take a shower of course) but its supposed to force the muscles in your tummy to shorten up and all the water weight to burn up (if that makes sense) so your tummy will be flat or pretty flat

The nurses gave me one after I had my son and I wore it for a few weeks. It was awesome! It felt like everything was tight and back to where it used to be. I wish i had kept it on longer!
so is it the same after a c section? Im going to try vbac but may end up with another section. i think i may try this i still have a while though but i need to do something different than i did last time lol
