Belly tender after c section Jenplus1 2 kids; Henderson, Nevada 887 posts

Is it normal for my belly to hurt after a c section? I don't mean the incision, I mean my uterus. My hubby grabbed me lightlyaround my stomach by my belly button and I doubled over in pain. I can barely touch my stomach it hurts so bad. Is that normal? If so, when will the pain stop?

When did you have it dear? I have had four sections.....My tummy was always sore in one particular spot on the inside (I suspect that is where most of the pulling took place!) If I turn over or exercise or move a lot w/o supporting that area it kills me even before this pregnancy. Everyone is different try massaging your tummy with Castor oil (it helps break up adhesion's and mucus) and focus on toning your minor muscle groups over the major. Good luck!

i still cannot even wear a pair of jeans.
