ok so almost everytime I have gone to the bathroom the past 2 days it has been orange. Well this morning when I got up it was BRIGHT orange. I read that this could be a sign of a UTI, but I don't have any other symptoms. Does anyone know what else this could be? Is it serious enough that I should be going to the hospital instead of waiting to call my doctor tomorrrow?

it means your dehydrated..your urine should be clear or at least just a tinge of yellow...

try drinking more water... see if it makes it a bit more clear.... rule of thumb... if you can read thru your urine your fine, if not your dehydrated...
try to up your daily water intake today and see what it does then ask your doc about it tomorrow... good luck

Like everyone said, drink a whole bunch of water today and see if it clears up. I think you'll be okay to call your doctor tomorrow but definitely CALL.

I had orange/brown urine a few years ago...went to the doctor...and found out I had mono and my liver was all wacked out.

Could be due to excess vitamins your body doesn't need or something that you've been eating.. If it doesn't go away w/in 24 hours of eating normally and hydrating, I'd go in..

You could be dehydrated.
Are you anemic? I am so when my iron levels are really low for some reason I get orange urine. So I'm assuming it's connected.

You probably just need to drink more water. Also, when i was pregnant with my son I had to got to triage because I was having contractions from being dehydrated. Dehydration is the # 1 reason that women have contractions early on. I had to be put on Terbutaline to stop them. It was really scary!

I just found out I have pneumonia and I was severely dehydrated. I remember before I ended up in the ER my was orangey colored which was due to the dehydration. Start drinking water and gatoraide. Is your decreased? I was going to the b.room alot but it was just dribbles (another sign).
