I have no idea what's wrong, I woke up like this, feels like I have a sprained ankle. I've done nothing to sprain it or to even have causeable injury.
It hurts so bad when I try walking and putting pressure on it as well.

maybe your baby is hitting the nerve that goes to your ankle, i woke up with a cramp in my leg which hurt for 3 days afterwards because my girl was lying on my nerve
I just sprained my ankle on Monday and went to the doctor and got crutches. Im in a huge amount of pain, but thankfully I have pain meds for that :D You could have bruised it. Or it's possible you slept on it wrong though out the night. I also noticed your pregnant, you could have started retaining water in your ankles which is causing pressure. Happen when I was pregnant. My feet, legs and ankles ALWAYS felt like something was wrong.
Do as Cole's Mama says and ice it. Make sure you ice it up to 10 times a day. Thats what my doctor said and stay off of it.
