And yes, you can pop them in and out, because the fabric has some stretch to it, so you can take them out and put them back in without having to re-tie the fabric. You can nurse in them as well, very discreetly!

I use a home-made wrap that I learned to make from you Rochelle! :D And I think you learned from Sharonblueyes? Thanks to both of you! Haylen loves it. I need to make a new one though. My baby girl has been packing on the pounds and it's starting to get a little tight. I'll add a yard of fabric with the new one. :D
