My son is almost 11 months old, i woke up this morning and felt like something was burning me, it was my son he was laying on my arm and he was SO hot! i gave him some tylonel and a cool bath it took it down a little bit the lowest it goes is 101. I have called his doctor 3 times and the nurses dont say anything or even act like the give a shit. I called the last time about 30 minutes ago and they said they will speak with the doctor around 3 and give me a call back as soon as possible, but idk what i should do in the mean time? any adivce would help alot!

Alternate Tylenol and Motrin every 4 hours. It should take it down. Children can handle a higher temperature than adults.

That's not so high for an 11 month old. I wouldn't worry! My toddler had a fever of 104 for 3 days and the doc wasn't worried...Just keep giving tylenol and ibuprofren and wait it out, and see what your doc says.

I think he's going to be just fine. Children can candle higher fevers than adults. He probably is either teething or has some kind of virus. I would just wait.

101 isn't a "concern" for doctors. Babies can tolerate alot higher temps then adults. I wouldnt take him to ER, they will send you home unless its over 104 degrees. Just comfort him, alternate tylonel and motrin. his he teething? does he have any other symptoms, runny nose? eyes?

Isaiah has had a fever that high before just give him the tylenol and motrin swith every 4-5 hours. If the baby gets too hot put light clothing on if not just let him hang out just in a diaper. I was scared when my sons fever got up to 104 just keep the baby well hydrated.

yes just wait & if you have to shower him again do it that helps alot i would say motrin works better than tylenol so motrin for him keep putting wet cold towels on his forehead...
