It does work if you follow the diet, like the first post said, NO SUBSTITUTIONS! I can complete day 1 and day 2 but never made it through day 3. I usually can lose about 6-8lbs in those 2 days.

Hey i'm starting this today... I gained 60 pounds when i was pregnant and ended up at 236 lbs... I'm now at 201.6 but have been here for weeks.... i would like to get down to between 145-155. I know that's a huge goal but i think i can do it. I just was wondering... i've seen a couple different versions of this. I'm gonna go with yours just because i would like to see how it works but i can't have melon... can i just not eat it or can i substitute it? I know you said no substitutes but i can't have it... Thanks for making this post. I hope it works for everyone! keep me posted.
