It will all be ok ladies :) Being in your exact position, I know how you feel. Handing over your child to the OR staff was the hardest thing Ive ever done. I was not allowed back for sedation (they dont allow you to be there when they go under). And waiting for the phone call while they were in surgery to let us know how she did and that it was over was awful as well. The day to me now is blurry. I dont remember alot. Her surgery took 5 hours, almost1.5 longer than they told us. But she is so happy, healthy and wonderful now. You could NEVER tell she had surgery :) Good luck mamas!

I know the night before is going to be rough. She can't eat after midnight. I keep thinking that I can feed her brother, but not her and that will be tough. I plan on camping out at the hospital the entire time. Hopefully my son can stay too. Seeing that they are only going to be 6 months old, it might not be an issue.

My son had a neuroligist appointment today with the possible diagnosis of it. We have a ct scan scheduled on Monday the 30th. Does anyone know if he is going to get sedated for the ct scan?
