Avery is in a big girl bed now. She is doing really good in it, but every now and then she'll wake up in the middle of the night and come in my room and ask to sleep with me! =) I LOOOVE IT!

My daughter was 13months when she went into hers. i don't know what brand it is. It had railings half way down the side to help stop her from falling out. I had her little sister when Maddie was 15 months. we didn't want to buy another cot for it to only be used for a few months, and she was too young for a single bed. It worked great and now she's in a single bed and my youngest is in the toddler bed. She's 2.5yrs and will be in it for years to come I think, cos she's so tiny!

PSH! I am keeping Monster in the cage*his crib* as long as possible!
I totally know my kdi would be the kid who wakes in the middle of the night, gets up and plays instead of sleeping.
He loves his cage, so I am not worried about switching him over to a toddler bed yet. When he starts trying to climb out..then I'll consider it.. but he hasnt even tried to climb out yet!
He is 21 months.:D

Thank you ladies! We are going to start looking at some beds, hopefully he is ready to give up co-sleeping.
