I need to add http://members.baby-gaga.com/member566815 for three pillows that I paid for in Feb and still haven't recieved. I contacted her in March when it had been awhile and she said that they had just been returned to her, and she assumed that she calculated the weight wrong, and was sending them out the following Monday. I then contaced her on April 11th saying it had already been three weeks and I still hadn't received them. She messaged me back...well it takes about three weeks, yada yada yada. I receive another message from her on the same day saying she looked at my paperwork and realized she had mailed it to the wrong address, twice but that she had already made the pillows again amd was sending them out. It didn't even occur to me at the time that it was probably next to impossible timewise to make three new pillows on the same day I complained that they hadn't arrived, but it wasn't until recently that I started looking back at the pms. I have asked her for a refund, but she refuses because she claims she had to buy stuffing and fabric, twice.I'm pretty sure that I was charged for stuffing and filling and shipping when I ordered it, so I paid for it. I have waited long enough, and I deserve either my money back or my pillows.

On January 10th I ordered 3 or 4 (its been so long I forgot) shirts for my son. About a month went by and she sent me a message saying that they couldn't find the shirts in his size (a common 12 months), but would I like them in onesies. I said that I hate onesies and that I could wait a bit longer since my son wasnt in 12 month(the size I ordered) shirts quite yet. She said ok and that she would get them to meASAP.
Thats all I had heard from her until I sent a message to her partner Heatherhttp://members.baby-gaga.com/member56616(who I originally bought the shirts from in the first place, she just passed the order on to her partner) on the 10th of this month (4 months later). She told me that she will refund me back half of what I paid, and that her partner is not refunding back anything.
I have to wait for my partial refund, so in the end I will (hopefully) be getting back half of my money and nothing else...
