I made my first pumpkin pie yesterday and i didnt know if it was ready but i baked it the time it was directed (30 minutes). Well i let it cool and i put it in the refrigerator over night. I checked it this morning and it seems a little runny. Is it suppose to be like that? I was wondering if i can bake it again? Will it become harder or should i just forget about the pie?=(

I'd say start with another 30 mins and go from there... just check it with a knife in the center n if it comes out clean it's done!
I've had to revise the directions on pumpkin pie all the time... never seems to be the right amount of time! Currently baking 3 of them and all 3 taking about twice as long as the directions state!
Good luck :) And what the other person said about foil on the crust is a great idea if the crust already seems done!
