Vicks Vaporizer question. HeatherOO7 18 kids; California 43053 posts

I have a basic (cheap) Vicks vaporizer, and I rarely use the damn thing. I plugged it in awhile ago, the light is on, but there's no steam. Do these things take awhile to kick in, or is it busted? I put the salt in, and still nothing.

Anyone? Aaaaaanyone have this basic, generic, I-know-you-all-own-one vaporizer?

It's starting to spit out a tiny bit... maybe it'll spit out more in an hour. :(

It takes awhile to heat up, but it only gives off a little steam.. Like you can't see it unless you have a light right behind it and it turns off after so many hours. After about an hour, put your hand above it and see if you can feel the warmth coming off it.. If not, I'd take it back.
