I'm 28 weeks today and when I feel my son move around, it's on the left and right sides of my belly mostly. Is he in the transverse lie position right now and it is too late for him to get out of it? I know they can flip almost til labor starts, but if going from the lying sideways position to head down, how likely is it?
Coralie was flipping whileI was IN labor! I wouldn't worry about positions right now.
My LO didnt flip until 36 weeks. she was side ways for like ever
My daughter went from transverse to head down, then to breech and back to head down! They have a decent chance of turning as long as they arent engaged in your pelvis. Doesnt mean he will, but theres a good chance!
They will keep moving and flippinf until delivery. I was transverse until 30 weeks, then head down, but now I think he is transverse again. They dont worry about it until 36+weeks with a first baby, and if it is your second baby, they can flip until they come out, UNLESS they run out of room. I wouldnt worry now, wait about 8-10 more weeks.
My daughter was transverse until 36 weeks, 1 day. I asked my doctor about it and he said he wouldn't worry about it until 36 weeks. Haha, so she flipped 2 days before my 36 week exam.
