im 27 weeks pregnant. this is my first pregnancy and have been having alot of heartburn and trouble breathing ive tried laying on my left and right sides and warm baths and showers hopin he will move.... nothing has worked... any advice?

I'm not that far along. 21 weeks but I have the same breathing problem. Staying where it's cool for some reason helps my breathing. I use my inhaler. Drink hot clear fluids. Steam up the bathroom. That helps me breathe. That way it's not a hot bath but you get the hot air with moisture to help dialate your bronchial tubes. Sleep propped up. That's about all I can think of right now.

im 39 weeks and trust me it doesnt get any better..if you are sitting down try standing up and walking around gravity might help it does with me sometimes

im 29 weeks n hav been havin breathin trbl n heartburn for the last couple weeks lolz
it really sucks
usually if i lay down on my side it helps with the breathing
n tums will help heartburn... for a min or 2 lolz

Yeah that will happen until the baby drops :cry: it helped me to make sure after i ate anything i didnt lay down for at least an hour that helped curb at least a little of the heartburn. the breathing you just have to deal with
