I have been having this very annoying and slightly painful pain in the same spot on the right side of my upper butt cheek or lower back that hurts when i walk the most but also hurts when i sit on the couch, the only time it doesnt hurt is when im in the bath tub. it hurts when i bend down to do anything! Then last night when i went to bed i layed on my left side and the pain went from my lower back all the way down to my right leg. I dont know what to do and im getting aggrivated by it. anyone else in this boat or have been in this boat before? I need relief and fast......

sciatica maybe? When I was pregnant, I got sharp shooting pains in my ass cheeks and down my legs. It was horrible. They told me it was sciatica. It lasted from mid way through my pregnancy until I delivered!

Good Luck!

Sounds like the ligaments supporting your SI joint are loosening - which is completely normal, unfortunately!

Some will tell you that it will probably stick around until delivery, but that's not always the case. Try warm compresses or ice for 20 minutes at a time. I had mine for a few weeks, and luckily (so far!) it went away and hasn't come back.
