so my son woke this morning with mucus dried in his eyes...
it started on his right eye the day before yesterday and now this morning we woke up and he had tons of dried green eye boogers everywhere alot more on his left side then right all of a sudden

it's not pink eye....nothing is pink there is just tons of green mucus.....if it were pink eye his right eye would be way worse by now....

what can i do ? what should i do?

besides clean it out cause it seems to come back

It sounds like a clogged tear duct. My son had it when he was born and until he was almost 2 months. Then, he got it again when he was 5 months old and it went away with some drops the pedi gave him after a weeks and never came back again. I would call the dr, i know they told me to use a warm washcloth to clear it out of his eye until he got in to see the dr.

My son had the green gunk and it was a clogged tear duct. they just gave us some eye med. not like drops it was more of a gel we just had to put it in the corners of his eyes and massage it in. then he was perfectly fine :o)
