my doc told me not to lift more than 25 pounds...ya, right. tell that to my 2.5 year old.

when I was pregnant last time around. I ask about lifting my 4 year old (we dont carry him much especially now that hes six. lol) and my dr told me that if a mother couldnt care for her other kids the world would end  in other words it will be fine! Just dont over do it.

Normally they just say not to lift more than you're used to lifting and to be careful and not overdo it. I don't really monitor how much I lift, but I pay attention to my body.

We moved during my 8th month. I could not help but to lift things. I was like "Im pregnant, not terminally ill"
Then I researched why pregnant women shouldnt lift and read you can rip your uterus  Then I realized it was worth it not to go extreme :)
