im 5"7' brown hair, blue eyes. i like to play video games and watch football. I am due on April 12th, 2013 with another little girl! we are naming her Lillian Paige. I am so thankfu to be bring another little girl in this world. My first pregnancy, back in 2009, I had an ectopic. I was so crushed. My husband and I were in Iraq serving overseas and I had asked my doctor when was the best time to start adding an addition to our family and when to stop taking birth control. he advised me to discontinue the birth control 3 months before deployment had ended because i was on birth control for so long, it could take a year to get pregnant. So that's what I did. A month after stopping, my commander had asked me to take a pregnancy test because all of the married couples were ordered to take a pregnancy test at this time since married couple were allowed to room together during deployment. To my surprise, it came out positive. 3 weeks before deployment was officially over, they decided to send me home since i was pregnant and was on a profile. When i got back to the states, while out processing, They gave me a ultrasound to figure out when i was due. They couldn't find the baby in my uterus at all.

After a few days of blood tests, urine cultures, many many testings, they found that I was having an ectopic pregnancy. A week after the first ultrasound, they had ordered another ultrasound to be sure. They then transferred me to a hospital without telling me anything, and when I got there, that's when they told me they were going to do the surgery that day. I refused at first because i didn't want my baby taken. I didn't understand that if I didn't have this surgery, I would die. Finally after a few hours of trying to convince me, i agreed. I called my mom and told her what was going on and i had asked them to transfer me closer to home so i could have my family there for me while i go through this, they refused and said if i didn't have the surgery then I would die. This scared me so I eventually had the surgery done. I told my mom to call red cross while i was in surgery so they could tell my husband what was going on.

After the surgery, I got a phone call from my husband and he was telling me they were sending him home to be with me during this tough time. 2 days later, he was with me, helping me get through this. September 4, 2009 is when i had the surgery.

In November, we found out we were pregnant again. I was so scared i was going to have another ectopic. when I made my appointment, i explained tot hem what had happened before and they gave me an ultrasound right away. This confirmed that the baby was where it was supposed to be. I was due with a little girl on June 12th, 2010 but ended up having her on June 2nd, 2010. We named her Suhaley Marie.

In august, 2012, we found out i was expecting again. Again i was scared of having another ectopic and this time they already had my information so they sent me in for an utrasound. This one was also in the right place. I couldnt be happier. In November, we found out it was another little girl! we are naming her Lillian Paige.

We couldn't feel so much more blessed than we do now and there is not a day that goes by that we dont think about the ectopic pregnancy I had. We are always wondering what could have been if we had not had an ectopic.
