working out again and it feels great to get back into the routine.

Even though you might be feeling better, you still need to take it easy. Watch for signs that you are pushing yourself too far, listen to your body. You still won't be one hundred percent just yet. Make sure to be taking proper care of yourself. Start by doing a little more each day. Walks with the baby are great ways to start getting back to being active while getting out of the house for some fresh air.
