No matter who one thinks they are, who they actually are, or what silver or plastic spoon may be in any given mother’s mouth at any particular moment…sometimes moms have rough days. We’ve all been there. Crazy hair? Dirty clothes? Extra flab jiggling around where we least expect it to show? Check…Check…AAAND…Check. The difference is, typical moms can easily delete unflattering pictures and nobody is the wiser. With celebrity moms, however, the deleting process may prove to be a bit more challenging.
Imagine…A tired mom is outside, minding her own business, when a paparazzi walks by and snaps a picture of her with no makeup and a look of absolute horror on her face because she just spotted the camera. Or perhaps a little dance move gone terribly wrong and it is all captured on film for the world to see?
Whether it is an accidental public display of a pubic hair with a mind of its own, some extra cellulite hanging out when the dress is supposed to be sexy, or a pic that only seems to show the wrinkles that were not covered by hair and makeup, celebrity moms have it kind of rough when it comes to guarding themselves against unauthorized photos.
In the following pages, we will take a look at some of the worst that were pulled off the internet almost immediately. Even tired celeb moms have a point when they say enough is enough. Sometimes being rich and famous is not all it’s cracked up to be.
14 Katie Holmes
Well hello there Ms. Katie Holmes!! I have to say, you do not look your best in this kind of unflattering surprise pic. In fact, I can’t blame you one tiny bit for being a little anxious to have this image removed from any known sources.
What the heck happened to have all worlds collide in one pic? The hair, the face, the expression on the face? It seems that the photographer may have caught you in the middle of a strange moment. Lucky for him, not so lucky for you.
In any case, the former Mrs. Tom Cruise has nothing to worry about. She’s a very pretty and down to earth kind of girl, and she seems to handle most things with dignity and grace. This too shall pass. In the meantime, perhaps you may want to consider checking yourself out a bit before making a dash for the nearest cup of coffee. Paparazzi are always waiting for this exact moment!!
13 Britney Spears
Maybe her morning Starbucks just wasn’t enough to take the edge off of this darling diva on a particularly tough morning? What in the world is going on here? That is a face that must have been a reaction to quite the spectacle!!
As a celebrity mom, I’m sure Britney keeps a pretty hectic schedule. Maybe she was out and about and saw two squirrels doing the deed? Or perhaps there’s a giant elephant taking a huge crap inside of her car window?? What the heck could cause this pop stars face to contort in that manner?
In any case, this picture is priceless in my book. Obviously not one of the most flattering photos of this former mouseketeer, but entertaining just the same. Cant’ exactly blame her for wanting it taken down though. Someday I hope to update you with the back story on this photo.
12 Beyonce
I have to say that I find this one more than just a little bit scary. Beyonce looks like she’s seriously about to kick some serious ass. Although the look on her face is kind of one of ridiculous confusion, her bulging muscles and windblown hair create the full comedic image that is encompassed in this kind of bizarro pic.
That being said, of course we know that thousands of pictures of Beyonce are taken on a regular basis, and I’m sure she is more fond of some than others. This one, however, is truly something special! Haha! I can’t say I blame her one bit for wanting to take it out of circulation. Not exactly portraying her in the most positive of lights.
In any case, if nothing else, at least we can hope that this humbling pic put Ms. Knowles in check a little bit when it comes to her position of power and fabulousness in the world. We all need to find a bit of humility once in a while.
11 Tyra Banks
There is certainly no denying that this supermodel mom is a beautiful lady. This picture may not be the most flattering, but she is still gorgeous just the same. Ms. Tyra Banks is always put together and presents herself as nearly flawless every time. Apparently this picture came as a surprise to her, and she was not happy sharing this private moment with the world.
I can’t really blame her for that I suppose. Who doesn’t need some time to unwind? Even supermodels need to be allowed to let their hair down once in a while. It looks like Tyra was just trying to relax and take the edge off of her busy life. Nobody wants to be “on” twenty-four/seven.
In any case, the AGT hostess with the mostest is still a knockout in my book. Can’t blame her for protecting her image though. After all, this girl gets paid to be beautiful.
10 Pamela Anderson
Yikes! Ok…it’s easier to see why some of these pics freaked out the celebs that were the target of some serious sensationalism. Granted, Pam Anderson looks a bit different than she did in her original Baywatch days, but this pic is downright scary!!
Between the expression on her face, the red eyes , and the not so flattering signs of aging on her naked face, this is certainly not a pic that a former sex kitten of the small screen would want to have out there in circulation.
Perhaps it is still preferred to a resurfacing of her amateur porn video that she did with ex-husband Tommy Lee a million moons ago, but still…give the girl a break! All of us moms do our best to keep it together, but when there are people (paparazzi) out there just trying to make you look your worst, it can sometimes feel like an uphill battle.
9 Jennifer Lopez
Obviously Ms. J-Lo is on set for something when this photo was snapped. It looks like she is in desperate need of some wardrobe assistance. What the heck is going on here? It’s not just that her leg looks a little less toned than she would probably like to have revealed, but what the heck is up with that dress?? Her granny panties are showing!! Oy!
Jen is a beautiful and talented woman, but I have to wonder why in the world she would be walking around like that when other humans may come into contact with her. Honestly, I don’t think that I would wear that get up in my own house!!
Anyway, J-Lo, I can’t blame you for wanting this photo to suddenly disappear. Certainly not your best look, but I guess you never know. Maybe you accidentally started a trend in some tiny island on the other side of the world. Hopefully, they don’t refer to it as the J-look.
8 Madonna
Oh Madonna!! How I love thee!! You are bad-ass, and have been for such a long time that there is no way not to have the utmost respect for all you have done. That being said, wtf is up with this picture?? I’m fairly certain you know that you are still gorgeous, and that you can hold your own against any media onslaught, but still…This pic had to kind of piss you off.
It looks as if you are twenty years older than you actually, are, and I’m sure some slimy paparazzi was quite proud of themselves for getting just the perfect angle to make you look tired and old. The last laugh was yours no doubt, because this pic certainly didn’t last long at all.
You are an icon, Madonna, and honestly, no matter how well you do or don’t age from this point forward, your iconic status is here to stay. I would tell you not to sweat the small stuff, but I know that you already don’t.
7 Kate Hudson
Awww. Cute little Kate Hudson. Goldie Hawn’s sweet little baby girl is all grown up. This pic was apparently taken when little Kate was not feeling camera ready. In my opinion, she’s still quite the cutie without all of the makeup and hair that is a prerequisite for public appearances in Hollywood, but apparently I am a minority.
Taking a closer look at this tired celebrity mom, you can see that she is sporting a bit of an extra chin, no makeup, and her hair pulled back with a mind of its own. Apparently not the image that Kate was looking to portray to encourage the casting directors to knock down her door. So needless to say, this second generation Hollywood princess pulled a few strings to have the pic removed.
As far as bad celebrity mom pics go, this one really isn’t all that bad….but you can’t blame a girl for trying to have a little control over her own multi-million dollar image.
6 Beyonce (Round 2)
Major hoo-hah alert!! I repeat…HOO-HAH ALERT!! What the hell is going on in this picture!! Oh my goodness!! Apparently, the Beyonce wardrobe team missed some very important black curly details when they let Mrs. Jay-Z step out of the dressing room in this get up!!
Anyway, chances are that her team caught their hairy blunder before any of these pics INTENTIONALLY went to print, but somehow this one leaked to the internet. Who knows if it even bothered the superstar diva, but apparently there was some quick movements on the part of her photo team to squash this little gem.
Seriously…at what point do you become so famous that you are no longer responsible for checking to make sure that your own hoo-hah is accounted for? I think that should still be a job for the owner of said body part. Call me crazy, but COME ON!!
5 Demi Moore
I can’t really say that I see what the big deal was with this pic at all. Seriously, Demi Moore, you are a beautiful woman, and have absolutely nothing to worry about in this deleted picture. It looks like you are about to say something so your mouth is funny, and perhaps you would have preferred to have a little bit of makeup on, but in this girl’s opinion, you still look fabulous.
The staying power that you have had over these many decades does not come by mistake. You are certainly aging very well, and that is something that you can feel very proud of. Nature is one thing, but your type of Hollywood longevity and relevance doesn’t come from good genes alone.
There is no doubt that you work very hard at staying beautiful, and to that end, don’t sweat the small stuff with this silly pic.
4 Britney (Again)
Ok, Brit…What in the world is going on here? I’m sorry to say this, but you are looking a bit like 1970’s TV star Peter Faulk, Lt. Columbo from the television show of the same name. Besides the fact that Mr. Faulk had a glass eye in real life, he was always wearing a trench coat of sorts, and sporting the messy and tussled up hair.
The reading glasses tucked into your collar are not helping matters much here either, but I think it is the zombie look in your eye that I am finding the most bizarre. Can’t say I blame you one bit for wanting this pic removed. It is certainly not the most flattering shot.
In any case, we all know that generally speaking, Britney Spears has grown into somewhat of a responsible adult, and we all wish her the best now and throughout her future.
3 Kim Kardashian
There is little doubt in my mind that this was the one and only time that Ms. Kim Kardashian decided to sport this little number out in public. Perhaps the paparazzi did us all a favor when he or she snapped this precious photo.
What the hell is going on here?? Um….It’s a bird! It’s a plane! It’s a Kardashian?? Wtf is the purpose of those pants? I don’t want to be mean, but I do believe those are THE most unflattering pants that I have EVER seen, on any human being, in my entire life!! Perhaps she was on her way to Walmart for the first time and felt the need to try to blend in?
In any case, obviously Kimmy did not find the picture too fabulous herself, and helped to make sure it was not around for too long. I can’t even imagine what this little outfit may look like from the classic Kardashian rear side. Oh my goodness!
2 Courtney Love
Again, not to be mean, but oh my goodness, Courtney Love!! Sorry, girl, but this pic is not even much of a misrepresentation of your true appearance. Over the years, you have been seen on all different kinds of drugs, alcohol, and substances of all sorts. You have been filmed and photographed wasted time and time again. Why this picture suddenly crossed a line for you, I’m not entirely sure.
In any case, obviously this pic was taken when Ms. Love was a bit of a sweaty hot mess. Her expression, make up, hair, and arm pit stains say more than I could ever put into words. I do understand her desire to delete the pic from the internet, but I do not understand how she can behave the way that she does in public. There are truly countless pictures of her conducting herself in the same manner, but for some reason this one bothered her more. To each their own I suppose.
1 Mila Kunis
Well, Ms. Mila Kunis, it isn’t easy to catch you off your game. You are gorgeous with and without your professional team of makeup and hair people. This side by side however, was not something that you were willing to leave alone. The look on your face in the pic on the left shows your obvious distress in the moment. Paparazzi caught you with your guard down, and you knew it.
I can’t say that I blame you for being upset, but seeing this picture now, it is clear that you are just a beautiful girl. Do you look more glamorous with full hair and makeup? Of course you do…but it is safe to say that no matter the circumstance, anyone would be hard pressed to call you unattractive.
In any case, Mrs. Ashton Kutcher, your husband (you know, the hottie?) thinks you are fabulous. That’s all that really matters anyway, right?
