It seems as if the year 2019 is the year for babies. We are only four months in and so far, so many celebrities have welcomed new beautiful babies. From Gordon Ramsey to Claire Holt to Jessica Simpson to Catelynn Baltierra to Andy Cohan to Derek Jeter, and so many more!
The thing is, it’s not over yet.
That’s right. There are still many celebrities expecting this year. Some, this is their first child, but for others, this is them adding to their already large family. A lot of the celebrities expecting have been pretty open about it from the start. They announced it soon as it was safe, and have even told the gender. But then for some, they like their privacy. Some celebs tend to wait to reveal the baby until after they tell their friends and family first and celebrate privately. They like to do it on their own terms and even then, they might keep details to themselves, like their due date, the gender, or the name they picked out for their little bun in the oven.
Either way, we are super excited for the day their little one will make their grand entrance into the world. Seeing a celebrity turn into a mother or father in front of our eyes is super special.
Here is a list of 15 celebrities who are expected to give birth sometime this year (and five who are getting ready to pop any day now!).
19 Lauren Conrad & William Tell Are Expecting Baby No. 2
Lauren Conrad gave birth to her first child, son Liam James Tell, in July 2017. Two months later, while doing in an interview with People, Lauren had this to say: “I was looking at him the other day, and I was like, ‘I understand now why people keep having babies! We’ll probably have two. I think it’s best not to be outnumbered.”
Well, according to Eonline.com, The Hills alum got her wish. Lauren announced via social media that she was expecting baby number two with her husband William Tell. She posted a picture of herself cradling her baby bump with the caption, “It’s been hard to keep this one to myself! Very excited to share that our family will be getting a little bigger this year.”
18 Alanis Morissette & Souleye Are Expecting Baby No. 3
On Monday, March 25, 2019, Alanis Morissette announced via her IG that she and her husband Mario “Souleye” Treadway were expecting their third child together, making them a family of five now.
According to Closerweekly.com, Alanis shared a picture that was in black-and-white of her budding baby bump during an at home recording session. She captioned it: “So much NEWness…” along with four red heart emojis and 11 praying-hand emojis.
When Alanis first gave birth to her 8-year-old son, Ever Morissette Treadway, she opened up about how motherhood had changed her. “Life literally and figuratively moved through me that morning of December 25. I had no idea the person I’d always dreamed of becoming was being born at the exact same time.”
17 Christina El Moussa Anstead & Ant Anstead Are Expecting Their First Baby Together (Five Kids In Total!)
HGTV star Christina Anstead (also who many might know as Christina El Moussa from the show Flip or Flop) announced in March 2019 that she and her husband, Ant Anstead, were expecting a baby together sometime in the fall.
According to usatoday.com, the pair announced their glorious news via social media, saying, “@ant_anstead and I are so excited to announce #babyanstead coming this September!! The kids are all so excited to meet their new sibling." Their announcement was accompanied by a photo of Christina holding a picture of her ultrasound while hugging her husband in the background.
Ant also shared a photo of his children from previous relationships holding the ultrasound photo with the caption: “And then….there were FIVE!!!! (Well…..four and a half! Will be Five in September)!”
16 Daphne Oz & John Jovanovic Are Expecting Baby No. 4
March 19, 2019 came with a big announcement from TV personality and former The Chew host, Daphne Oz, when she shared some breaking news via a picture of her budding baby bump on her social media.
According to eonline.com, along with the photo the 33-year-old daughter of TV favorite, Dr. Mehmet Oz posted the caption: “I do love to cook! Bun in the oven #4 coming your way later this year and we couldn’t be more excited!”
Daphne married her husband, John Jovanovic, back in 2010 and the couple has three children together so far, 5-year-old daughter Philomena, 3-year-old son Jovan, and 1-year-old daughter Domenica.
15 Tamron Hall & Steven Greener Are Expecting Their First Child Together
The 48-year-old TV personality, Tamron Hall, announced on March 4, 2019 that she was feeling “blessed and grateful” to be pregnant with her first child.
According to upi.com, her announcement came via IG with a video of herself singing and dancing to the Pinkfong version of “Baby Shark.” In the video, fans can spot her lifting a copy of the "Baby Shark" sound book to reveal her budding baby bump.
The video was then captioned: “When one song captures the personal news, I want to share with you (yes, you)!”
In a follow-up post, Tamron informed her fans that she is 32 weeks pregnant and “beyond excited” to become a first-time mom with her husband, Steven Greener. And as of today (April 25th), it has been announced that their baby boy has been born!
14 Krysten Ritter & Adam Granduciel Are Expecting Their First Child Together
Jessica Jones actress, Krysten Ritter, and her boyfriend, Adam Granduciel, took to the red carpet in February with a big reveal.
According to usmagazine.com, the 37-year-old actress debuted her budding baby bump, while wearing a burgundy, long-sleeve lace gown. This was the first public announcement the soon-to-be parents had done, and boy was it a perfect way to announce it to the world.
It was back in August 2014 that US Weekly confirmed the two lovebirds were officially dating. Supposedly, their relationship started because Krysten was a fan of Adam’s band. Somehow, she got in touch with him, went to some shows, and the rest is history.
13 Kate Mara & Jamie Bell Are Expecting Their First Child Together
Kate Mara and her husband, fellow actor Jamie Bell, revealed Sunday, February 24, 2019, to their fans via IG that they were expecting their first child together.
According to people.com, the mom-to-be showed off her budding baby bump as she wore a beautiful, long-sleeved white and silver dress, while attending Elton John’s annual AIDS Foundation Oscars Party. The two proud parents-to-be were all smiles as they posed for photos ahead of the event in West Hollywood. Kate captioned the photo, “Went on a date with our bun in the oven.”
This will be Kate's first child, but Jamie’s second, for he has a 5-year-old son with ex-wife Evan Rachel Wood.
12 Nicole & Michael Phelps Are Expecting Baby No. 3
Michael Phelps and his wife Nicole Phelps are about to be a family of five.
According to Eonline.com, the Olympic swimmer announced to his fans via social media that they were expecting baby number three. He posted a picture of his two boys, Boomer, who is 2 years old and Beckett who is a year, and then a balloon that spells out “baby.”
"#3 on the way! Can’t wait to see the journey that this takes us on!!! #luckyman #boyorgirl? #P3.” He captioned the photo.
Nicole also took to her IG to inform all her fans with the same picture, but with this caption: “Oops we did it again. I get to be a mama x3. #furbabymama x2 #p3 #herewegoagain.”
11 Miranda Kerr & Evan Spiegel Are Expecting Baby No. 2 Together!
Supermodel Miranda Kerr announced in March that she and husband Evan Spiegel were expecting their second child together. Not even a year ago the adorable couple welcomed their first child together, a boy named Hart. As many know, Kerr used to be married to actor Orlando Bloom, and together they share a son named Flynn. And while Evan isn't Flynn's biological dad, the modern-day blended family seems to get along swimmingly. And we can only imagine that little Flynn will be an adorable big brother!

According to people.com, Danielle Fishel (aka Topanga Lawrence Mathews) from the hit '90s show Boy Meets World and its spinoff, Girl Meets World, announced in an emotional social media post Wednesday, January 2, 2019, that she was expecting her first child with her husband, Jensen Karp.

Sara Haines, GMA day co-host, and her husband Max Shifrin are expecting their third child together and are over the moon about it.
According to people.com, their new bundle of joy will be making its grand entrance into the world sometime in July and joining big sister Sandra Grace, who is 1-year-old, and big brother Alec Richard, who is 2-years-old.
“We just figured out our one-on-one defense and now we have to move to a zone,” Sarah informed PEOPLE. “Max and I are super excited while also being [frightened]! We are so grateful.”

Retired NBA legend, Kobe Bryant, and his beautiful wife Vanessa announced on IG Tuesday, January 1, 2019, that they are expecting their fourth child together, a fourth little girl that is due later this year.

6 Arie Luyendyk Jr. & Lauren Burnham Are Expecting Their First Child Together
It’s a girl!
That’s right folks! Arie Luyendyk Jr. and Lauren Burnham took to IG Friday, January 4, 2019, to reveal the news to all their fans by posting a photo of Lauren blowing pink petals, while Arie smiled the biggest smile ever. They then captioned the photo “IT’S A GIRL.”
According to people.com, the two lovebirds originally thought they were having a boy. Lauren told US Weekly: “I think, to be honest, in the beginning, we were both hoping that we were having a girl. We actually did the early gender test online, so we took our test at 10 weeks. We got the results back from that, and it was that we were having a boy.”
It was Lauren's doctor who convinced the couple to take a sonogram five weeks later to make sure the test was right.
Good thing they did!
5 Shawn Johnson & Andrew East Are Expecting A Rainbow Baby
For those who do not know, a “Rainbow Baby” is a name given to a healthy baby that is born after losing a previous baby due to loss. The name “Rainbow Baby” comes from how a rainbow can sometimes appear after a dark storm.
According to popsurgar.com, Shawn Johnson and her husband, Andrew East, first got married back in 2016 and in 2017 experienced a loss. The couple then decided to share their story and their loss to the world via a YouTube video.
On February 17, 2019, the couple made another video, but this time to announce that Shawn was pregnant with a rainbow baby.
With a guesstimate on the timeline of the video, it looks like they can be expecting their baby sometime this fall.
4 Kim Kardashian & Kanye West Are Expecting Baby No. 4 Via Surrogacy Sometime Around May
The Kardashian clan is another family that seems to be constantly adding to their ranks. This time around it is Kim who has some amazing news.
According to people.com, Kim Kardashian West and Kanye West are expecting their fourth child, a boy, via surrogate. The pair already are parents to 5-year-old North, 3-year-old Saint, and 1-year-old Chicago who was also born via a surrogate as well.
It was just this past August in an episode of Keeping Up with the Kardashians that Kim made it clear that she was not in a rush to give her three children another sibling.
Obviously, things changed.
When Amy Schumer announced to the world that she was expecting her first child with husband Chris Fischer, she did it in style by having her friend Jessica Yellin, from News Not Noise, announce it on her IG stories.
According to people.com, Jessica said this in a post on October 22, 2018: “I wanted to share some news from our community, maybe it’s noise but it’s happy noise. There is about to be a new little meatball running around the LaValle home and his name is going to be Angelo.
According to people.com, Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her husband, Jionni LaValle, are expecting baby number three and on Thursday, April 11, 2019, she announced that the new bundle of joy will be named Angelo.
How cute is that name?

According to people.com, Nikki received a vasectomy back in 2007 after a messy divorce with his second wife, Donna D’Errico. It seems Nikki missed being a father though.

According to eonline.com, Jessa Duggar Seewald and her husband Ben Seewald, announced via IG Wednesday, January 9, 2019, that their family was about to get a bit bigger since they were expecting their third child together late this spring and they were pretty sure it was a boy.
"Happy news from the Seewald family!! Baby #3 is on the way!” Jessa captioned a family photo that included her husband, her two kids and herself.
"If our predictions are right, then we already have a ton of the clothing and accessories ready to pass down!" she wrote. "At the same time, we would absolutely love it if we found out we were having a girl—though we joked that we'd be starting from square one and might have to learn a few things."
