They have certainly come a long way, from being on the screen before they even graduated high school to raising children of their own. From Academy Award winners such as Reese Witherspoon to teen icons like Hilary Duff to some who gave us surprising teen pregnancies — yup, we're looking at Britney's little sister, Jamie Lynn Spears: These actresses have all proven that child stars can find their way, be successful in the industry, survive any obstacles thrown their way, and end up becoming amazing mothers. Let's kick this list of moms off with one of our favorite early-2000s child stars, the one and only Hilary Duff! Seriously, most millennials grew up watching her conquer life and its ups and downs as the iconic Lizzie McGuire, and that character taught us so many important lessons. Hilary, who as a twelve-year-old had her first role in the 1998 Casper Meets Wendy movie, went on to become one of the biggest teen stars of her time. Fast forward to 2012, and the star gave birth to her son Luca, and then to 2018 when she welcomed her daughter Banks to the world.

Jamie Lynn Spears was a known child star and Britney Spears's little sister, who was the lead on Nickelodeon's hit show Zoey 101. Her image was flawless until 2007 when she got pregnant at the age of 16. This changed her life drastically, as Zoey 101 was canceled. She gave birth to her daughter Maddie in 2008, and 10 years later, in 2018 she gave birth to her second daughter, Ivey Joan. While everyone was freaking out that she got pregnant at 16, Jamie seems to have figured it all out, and both of her daughters seem healthy and happy.
