Audrey Roloff has been a fan favorite on TLC's hit reality show Little People, Big World since she first met Jeremy Roloff. The two were married in a stunning outdoor ceremony at Roloff Farms in 2014 and they welcomed their first child, daughter Ember, this past September.

The fitness instructor and her reality star husband met on a blind date and dated for three years before tying the knot in a wedding that was televised on TLC. They currently have a marriage blog together as well as Audrey's personal blog where she sells clothing and beauty items.

While many fans of the show love Audrey Roloff, she's also been known to earn her fair share of criticism from fans as well. Her strict Christian views have made her adored by some but also more harshly critiqued by others. Audrey has been known to say some pretty inflamatory things as well both online and on the show, causing outrage from fans and followers alike. She's been mom shamed for everything from what she wears to how to she dresses her daughter, but she's also gotten in trouble for much more serious statements. She recently called formula feeding a 'sin' and has made homophobic and intolerant comments as well.

Here are 15 times that Audrey Roloff got herself in some serious trouble.

15 Audrey's Comments About Marriage

Audrey and Jeremy Roloff are a couple with strict Christian values, and they like to offer up marriage advice on their blog 'Beating 50 Percent,' that is meant to 'inspire covenant marriages." However that marriage advice is only meant for couples of the opposite sex.

Audrey came unfire for being homophobic and anti-gay marriage after she made a comment on a question posed by readers as to why she only offers advice on marriages involving a man and a woman.

“We are not claiming to be a resource for same-sex marriages,” she allegedly wrote in the comments, according to RadarOnline. “It is not something we agree with.”

The since deleted comment went on to allegedly state that Audrey had no issue with same sex couples reading her blog, but that's not who it was written for.

“We are for opposite-sex marriages that are striving to give more than average to their marriages,” she continued. “To live out the covenant of marriage every day, and to center their marriage around Christ. That being said, know that our content is not written to same-sex marriages, so to say that we don’t offer advice for that side is accurate.”

14 When She Dressed Ember In *Gasp* Leggings!

Sometimes the mom shaming police are a bit out of control! Audrey Roloff has done a lot over the years to earn more than a few side eyes from the public, but she was basically mommy shamed by the internet sanctimommies after posting a sweet picture of baby Ember wearing brown tights and a 'always more milk' onesie.

Many will be hard pressed to find anything 'wrong' with this picture, but Audrey got in a lot of trouble from many of her Facebook fans for posting a picture of her daughter in brown tights!

"She cute . But not a fan of the outfit. Creepy brown tights. Why not a colorful beautiful dress!" wrote one follower.

"Omg whats with the ugly brown leggings....You need to hang with other moms to see how they dress their kids...geez."

Another couldn't help but make a rude comment about the infant's head wrap. “Lose the Aunt Jemima scarf!”

Others felt they knew the exact temperature the room was when Audrey took the picture.

"She must be cold in a onsie nothing on her sleeves I like her hair band and warm leggings get a sweater on her its cold now."

Thankfully Audrey took the nasty comments in stride and still posts pictures of little Ember.

13 Her Maybe Shade After Brother In-Law Jacob Got Engaged

Fans of Little People, Big World were thrilled when Jacob Roloff announced his engagement to Isabel Rock. But there's one person who was maybe not so thrilled about his announcement, and that was sister in-law Audrey Roloff. Audrey found herself in a bit of trouble after posting a possible shade-throwing post on Instagram after Jacob's big announcement.

In a post on Instagram, offered up some words on dating 'from a Christian perspective.'

"Let’s just say you recently hurried into a relationship, dabbled with sexual intimacy, and then became emotionally attached," she began her post. "The main problem with this scenario is that it blinds you to red flags. It’s the classic “love at first sight” trap. You begin to see the person you are dating as the “the most talented, most interesting, and most extraordinary person in the universe” (If you don’t get that reference, please go watch The Lego Movie after you finish this book. It’s sure to solve all your dating problems).  As time passes, your friends and family may raise concerns about the person you’re dating, but you won’t be able to rationalize with them because all you will see is perfection. This is a titanic problem," she continues.

"The recipe for a healthy dating relationship calls for generous servings of insight from the people who love and care about you. Don’t be that girl who started dating someone and then fell off the face of the earth. Couples who do this are usually hidding shame, guilt, fear, or pride. Allow your friends to see into your relationship and speak truth and affirmation. Allow them to raise red flags," she writes. "Their honestly may sting, but it could also be what prevents some deep wounds."

Many thought the timing of Audrey's post meant it was aimed at Jacob's engagement.

"Sorry but this is what you post after an engagement announcement. Don’t be “that” sister in law," wrote one follower who had some advice of their own.

"Would be great if Audrey would not destroy the moment with her dumb post on IG," another wrote of her 'advice'. "The timing when she posted (right after they announced the engagement) and what she said there sounds like it's about Izzy."

Many feel Audrey should simply mind her own business.

12 When She Called Formula Feeding A 'Sin'

Audrey Roloff recently got herself in to a lot of troubles from moms everywhere when an episode of Little People, Big World showed the mom referring to formula feeding as 'a sin.'

During the episode the mother of 1 was discussing the challenges she had faced as a breastfeeding mother. While many could definitely relate to what she was saying, her comments on formula feeding definitely didn't sit well with most moms.

“The last few days have been really, really tough,” Audrey said in a confessional on the show. “I spend 16 hours a day, in a 24-hour period, feeding.” Again, something many new moms can relate to.

“At our 1-week doctor’s appointment I was like, ‘I’m nursing every hour all night,’ and he was like, ‘That’s not right,’ ” she said. “At that point, they were like, ‘You need to supplement, ’cause you’re not giving her enough.’ ”

“I was very adamant about breastfeeding exclusively. Formula was, like, a sin,” the mom said.  “I just never thought I would do that but at the same time, I need to feed my baby, so we have to do it.”

Fans of the show were quick to call out Audrey's ignorant comment on social media. “Oh Audrey, formula is not a sin. Fed baby is all that matters,” wrote one viewer. Others weren't so gentle in their response. "I officially cannot stand Audrey!! "Formula is a sin"? Get over yourself!!!" wrote another. While another viewer had simply had enough of the new mom.

"Did she say “Formula was a sin” I want to slap her "

Perhaps Audrey has learned that fed is best and feeding your child to ensure they are happy and healthy is never a sin.

11 Audrey's Fashion Statement

We all know that ripped jeans are totally in fashion right now, so it's no surprise that Audrey Roloff wore her own pair to a doctor appointment for her daughter.

The reality star posted a picture of herself with little Ember at the doctor office for Ember's 2 month appointment and Audrey found herself in a lot of hot water thanks to her fashion choices.

One commenter was convinced that Audrey's outfit just showed she had no class. Blouse is very cute not a fan of the ripped jeans and a big hole at the knee and I will tell you why...It seems like her younger generation is not into dressing up as when I was growing up, dressing up meant you had style and class." The commenter then went on to judge Audrey for not dressing 'respectful' enough at an her daughter's 2 month check up. "At appointments and get togethers with family and when meeting with friends I want to feel and be my best...If you want to look like that with hanging out with friends at the movies or chillin and going to the mall then by all means dress like that but it seems like women of her generation dress like tom boys and do not want to dress feminine anymore just put on a sweat shirt and a hoody even meeting family at a restaurant like that... get a nice blouse and a pair of slacks that is how women dressed back in the day and I think women lack style and taste anymore."

While some of the things Audrey has done are questionable at best, did she really deserve to get in trouble for wearing jeans with holes in them?

10 Bumping Along

If there's one thing Audrey Roloff likes, it's a good old fashioned photo shoot or selfie session. The girl is seriously addicted to taking photos of herself, but that's one of the things her fans love. Like many women when they become pregnant for the first time, Audrey documented her pregnancy on social media.

At got to the point however when her fans were no longer excited by her bump, but annoyed by her constant posting. Audrey even got in trouble for posting too much of her bare baby belly with many criticizing her for not being 'Christian' enough.

“I love this family but I think it’s a disgrace to show your body to all the viewers. My opinion. It should be for your husband’s eyes only,” one person wrote. Added another: “Why do young mothers-to-be want to show their naked bellies?” The was just the beginning of the comments too. Others added, “I am so sick of you showing your belly,” and “Audrey you are not the first person to have a baby!!!”

While Audrey may have posted a lot of bump pictures, it is her social media pages and people aren't forced to follow along. Thankfully for fans of the new mother she hasn't seemed to take the criticism too personally.

9 Slammed For Comments On Motherhood

Just when people thought that calling formula feeding a sin was one of the worst things about motherhood Audrey could say, the reality star gets blasted for her comments on motherhood.

Just one week after the formula episode aired, Roloff once again angered viewers with some pretty interesting comments she made about becoming a mother. While discussing Ember's feeding issues due to being tongue tied as well as how much sleep she's been missing out on (welcome to motherhood!), Audrey commented that she felt that she was being "robbed" of those idyllic first moments with her newborn.

While it's a sentiment a lot of new mothers may feel, viewers weren't having it. Many took to Twitter to let Audrey know how selfish they thought she was being.

"Audrey you weren't 'robbed' of anything. This is what parenting is. Life has a way of humbling you," one viewer commented. "I hope you are learning and growing from this. You are not a victim, you are simply a mother. More fortunate than most in fact."

Audrey has an idealized view of motherhood and anything that deviates from that is unique to her and is “robbing” her. No. This IS motherhood ," wrote another.

8 Self-Obsessed, Much?

Molly Roloff is Jeremy's younger sister and she was married last year to her long time boyfriend Joel Silvius. Of course a wedding is a time for families to celebrate, but Audrey found herself in some trouble for just how she chose to celebrate the big day.

There was no shade when Audrey posted congratulations to Molly on her big day. Instead, she took the opportunity to post a picture of herself and Jeremy kissing.

"Molly is married!!!!" the reality star wrote on her Instagram. "Yesterday I got to stand behind my sister-in-law while she exchanged the most beautiful vows and said "I do." Congrats @mollyjoroloff you and Joel have such a solid foundation and and Jeremy and I cannot wait to watch you both live out "I do" for the rest of your lives. Cheers oneness! Watch my stories for a glimpse of this glorious day!"

I think we can all agree that Molly is a pretty private member of the Roloff family, and perhaps she didn't want pictures of herself on social media from her wedding. But Audrey went one step too far in her Insta post by promoting her own website using the hashtags,  #beating50percent #stayingido#journeyofjerandauj, at the end of her post.

7 Under Pressure

We can all agree that some of the things that Audrey Roloff does are worthy of the side-eye, but the new mom has also gotten in trouble online for some pretty ridiculous things as well.

When daughter Ember turned 2 months old Audrey wrote a very long and impassioned post about her daughter and her name and what that name represents. She concluded it by writing about her hopes and dreams for the infant.

"We want our little Ember to be a light in the darkness, glowing in all she does, enduring and lasting - hard to stop, ALWAYS believing in the MORE that is within her - and when stoked/kindled by her Creator - able to burn and glow even MORE than she could on her own. Our prayer is that she would be MORE on fire for God as He continues to fan her into flame. Always more."

While many people loved her heartfelt words, some felt that Audrey was putting a little too much pressure on her daughter's future.

"Putting pressure on an infant much? She's just a baby , let her just thive and grow without all the expectations and intensity!" one follower wrote.

Some may think that Audrey was a bit 'passionate' in her post, but it is her daughter and her Facebook page.

6 Not So Christian

Audrey constantly talks about her Christian upbringing and how she wants to 'inspire covenant marriages' through her blog, yet many called out the blogger for a racy picture she posted, claiming it wasn't very Christian-like at all!

About two years ago the reality star posted the photo above to Facebook where she was seemingly naked and posing in a bathtub while flashing the peace sign.

"Just wishing I had a clawfoot bathtub in my room..." she wrote at the beginning of her caption.

Audrey's conservative fans were not happy with the picture, and sounded off in the comments section.

"Please don't start taking pictures like the Kardashians you're to classy for that!!!" one person who was clearly appalled by the picture wrote.

More comments accused the reality star of becoming more 'self obsorbed' and that she'd changed with her increasing popularity.

Roloff responded to the criticism, defending herself in the comments.

“I so happen to have a blog and my husband so happens to be a photographer so yes there are lots of photos around here, but I would urge you to check out our page where 50% or more of the photos on there are not of us, and every Monday we post a photo of couples around who follow beating50percent!” she responded.

Still, many felt the picture was a bit hypocritical for a woman who is constantly preaching her Christian values.

5 Is Tickling Bad?

Audrey wasn't the only one who got in trouble after she posted a video of husband Jeremy tickling baby Ember back in January. Many were infuriated by Jeremy after Audrey posted this innocent video of the father and daughter enjoying a laugh together.

Jeremy has Ember laying on a blanket as he gently tickled the infant under her chin, eliciting delighted giggles from the little girl. While many of Audrey's fans couldn't get enough of Ember's baby laughs, many were horrified!

People took to the comment section to school both Audrey and Jeremy to the dangers of tickling!

"NOT a good idea to tickle a child. It renders them absolutely HELPLESS with a natural uncontrollable response of laughter. There are much better and more healthy ways to make a baby laugh!" wrote one particularly disturbed commenter.

"You are not supposed to tickle a baby. Ask your doctor." Someone else added: "Don't tickle babies it will make them stutter. It hurts their nervous system. Think what it does to you if someone holds your arms and tickles you."

Many of Audrey's supporters were quick to come to her defense, arguing that all she did was post a sweet and loving video of her two favorite people.

4 Always Be Selling

If you follow Audrey Roloff on any of her social media platforms you know that she is always selling something. The mom of one has her own line of clothing using the phrase 'Always More' as her tagline.

Audrey got herself in trouble with her fans when she posted a picture of herself and Ember in matching 'Always More' shirts because some felt she was using a bible verse to sell products.

Always More is a phrase straight from the Bible that's based on the verse Ephesians 3:20. She even references the phrase on her website where she sells women and baby clothing and jewellery.

“How could you use a Bible verse to sell something?????” one commenter asked after Audrey posted the picture of her and Ember. “Why are you always selling stuff and pushing products? I don’t understand that,” wrote another who is apparently tired of Audrey constantly promoting her product line.

It seems that Audrey's fans are all for self promotion and love that she has her own business, but many feel that sometimes it's all just a bit 'too much.' You can rarely find a post on her social media that isn't linking to her Always More line or promoting her blog or simply just selling something.

3 Baby Behind

Audrey, Jeremy and Ember recently took their first family vacation to Hawaii and Audrey posted a totally innocent series of pictures on Instagram. The pictures show the mom holding her daughter, who is totally in the buff, beachside. In one of the pictures you can see Ember's naked backside, and that picture earned Audrey a lot of flak from commenters.

"I cannot stand naked baby pictures," wrote one woman. "They are inappropriate. A baby should have her autonomy and she can't speak up to ask to not be naked . . . It's not cute."

Another warned of predators that could be lurking online. "Please be careful out in this not-so-nice world. These are such innocent and absolutely beautiful pictures and I know that your heart is pure, but not everyone else is so kind in this world."

Others slammed the new mom for using her baby as a photo prop.

"I hope you put sunscreen on your baby, but you probably didn't and are exposing [her] to the sun and other dangerous bacteria just for the photo op."

One person seemed just grumpy in particular. "I hate seeing a naked baby on a beach," they wrote.

Audrey didn't respond to the backlash.

2 It's Not Jenga!

Like many new moms who are quick to share their baby product finds with friends, Audrey couldn't help but share her love of Young Living Seedlings baby wipes. The only problem is how she shared her love of the product.

Roloff posted a picture of daughter Ember when she was a newborn, laying in a baby seat. The infant was surrounded by packages of the baby wipes. "Just got my monthly Young Living order and had to stock up on these because they are the best wipes on the planet. Seriously they smell so heavenly and work insanely well. Like 1 wipe per poop well;)" Audrey wrote about the picture.

While she may have simply been trying to promote a product, fans were appalled she would stack the baby wipes on little Ember to promote the product.

"Ok what the heck put the wipes packages on the bed or something not on a beautiful sleeping baby girl," one woman commented.

"They should not be on baby like that come on," wrote another. "They're not light in weight." Another chimed in writing simply, "poor baby."

It's more than likely that Audrey simply put the products around a sleeping Ember just long enough to snap the picture, but no matter what she posts online there is always someone there to give her a hard time.

1 Car Seat Outfits

Audrey Roloff is quickly learning that anything she posts on the intenet is going to be criticized. Audrey posted a picture of her family alongside Jeremy's twin brother Zach, his wife Tori and their son Jackson. The picture was cute and Audrey wrote about starting new traditions with her family. Naturally someone always has to find something to be critical of, and Audrey was called out for Ember's coat.

"Not being a critic or hating on your parenting style but being 100% mom to mom here," began one commenter. "Your little beauty shouldn’t be wearing that puffy jacket in her car seat . It endangers her in the event of a car accident. I also made his mistake and thankfully my daughter never sustained any injury but it was another mom who pointed it out to me and I appreciated her concern so I know you probably get the most unsolicited parenting advice available but I hope I am not offending you."

Other commenters came to Audrey's defense, pointing out that Ember is not in a car seat in this picture and that no one knows if she took it off or not before putting her in her car seat.

Still, Audrey definitely has gotten herself in a lot of trouble for her actions and her posts on social media. Something tells us that's not going to change any time soon!
