Watching Cardi B talk about baby Kulture on Instagram is pretty amazing. "My baby is...." and then Cardi literally has no words. The biggest loudmouth in hip-hop is now a cooing mommy (and baby Kulture is the most famous newborn around). In July 2018, Cardi B and Offset's Migos became proud parents to Kulture Kiari Cephus. Unlike many celebrities, Cardi didn't choose to live stream or broadcast her birth. Then again, Cardi didn't choose a Hollywood mansion to hide inside during her pregnancy, either. Any mommy-to-be will know that the third trimester is "the couch is mine" time. Cardi spent most of hers attending events, but that's all about to change. Cardi pulled out of Bruno Mars' 24K Magic tour. She wants to focus on being a new mom.

We've learned a lot about Cardi's little munchkin. Cardi's social media videos might start with a peep at her breakfast cereals – Cocoa Puffs and Cookie Crisp (and yes, it's important). Expectant or new mommies are getting way more than they expected, though. That's the thing about Cardi B. She says it like it is. Now that the biggest female rapper of 2018 is cuddling a baby, moms around the world are getting thoughts and advice, "Cardi style." With a name like Kulture, we can't help but expect some interesting facts about this baby. Kulture may only be two months old, but it looks like that baby monitor is going to be busy. Here are 20 little known things about Kulture that are worth knowing.

20 ANY OTHER NAME WOULD HAVE BEEN "BASIC"

And we wouldn't expect anything less from Cardi B. The new mom announced baby Kulture Kiari Cephus on Instagram, where she used red bow and pink star emojis next to her baby's date of birth. It wasn't long before Twitter responses were flowing in. People can be really harsh. Those same people should also know better than to mess with Cardi B. "Kulture, anything else woulda been basic," Cardi wrote on Twitter. Back in April 2018, Cardi was on The Ellen Show. We saw Cardi treated to a tray of Boston Kreme donuts, but we still didn't have a name. "My dude named the baby" was all we got.

19 KULTURE IS OFFICIALLY CARDI'S "NEW BOSS"

If you've had a baby, you will know exactly how this feels. The tiny human that just about fits in a shoebox doesn't just take over one room of the house. A newborn rules the whole roost (although we wouldn't have it any other way). Cardi B took to Instagram's video feature to explain how baby Kulture is affecting her.

You can't help but see the love and joy on Cardi's face, but the words say it all: "I can't believe I have a boss. I really have a boss."

18 KULTURE HAS CHANGED CARDI AS A PERSON

You only need to watch 5 seconds of Cardi's video streams to see how much motherhood has changed her, and not in the attention-seeking way that some celebrities go with. Remind yourself that this is a music superstar who is now rich enough to have 24/7 nannies and everything done for her. "There's this feeling, as soon as my baby came out that I had," Cardi says. She's clearly so stressed out, she actually struggles to continue. "It's just like, I can't leave my baby. Not for one second." We're not hearing an aggressive rap artist, here. We're hearing (and seeing) a new mommy just starting her journey.

17 KULTURE HAS ALREADY CHANGED MOMMY'S NAILS

Any mommy will know that super-long nails and a tiny newborn don't mix. The early weeks and months of motherhood are all about caring for the most delicate, precious thing on earth – giant, scratchy nails aren't just impractical, they're a hazard. But what about the celebrities who are known for their statement claws? We've seen them on Khloe Kardashian and Kylie Jenner."Okay, so if you noticed I changed my nail shape," Cardi wrote on Twitter. "They've gone from pointy to square so I won't hurt my baby." Cardi added: "I'm thinking about only changing my pinky nail shape back to pointy so I can take my babies' little boogers out."

16 SHE IS SLEEPING IN A CUSTOM-MADE CRIB

Celeb babies have been receiving the royal treatment for years now. In 2011, Hollywood Life reported that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon had dropped $1 million on baby gear. Just recently, Vogue told us about Kim Kardashian and Kanye West's $4,500 Lucite crib. Cardi has openly acknowledged that money is a "new thing" for her. She hasn't scrimped when it comes to Kulture, though. An Instagram post from Cardi showed us a white-draped, custom-made crib gifted by the rapper, PreMadonna. It's huge, plush, and white with gold trim. "I didn't want to set the crib up until we moved but Offset set it up while I was in the hospital," Cardi said.

15 WE HAVE A LITTLE INSOMNIAC, THOUGH

This one is mommy's #1 biggest problem. Getting a newborn to settle comfortably might work in the movies, but mothers will know that the reality is a different story. Cardi is definitely showing the strain of being a new mom, although there's nothing like the glow of happiness to balance it out.

"My baby does not sleep. Night or day," Cardi wrote on Twitter.

In a separate video (where Kulture was finally asleep), Cardi whispers: "I don't wanna wake her up," adding that getting Kulture back to sleep is no easy business. Sleep cycles in the first months are challenging, but it's all part of the learning curve.

14 MILK IS A "GIMME NOW!" BUSINESS

What is it with babies? Either they want the milk when it isn't feeding time, or they won't swallow a drop when it actually is milk time. When Cardi shared her new mom journey via video, mothers around the world heard that one phrase that is so familiar. "She is very demanding," Cardi said. "It's like, when my baby wanna eat, she wanna eat. It's not like, oh, three minutes? No. GIMME THE MILK NOW!" Baby Centre UK's professionals explain that feeding a newborn when they're showing sings of hunger is important. The issue for Cardi (and most new moms) isn't doing that. It's the awkward timing.

13 BREASTMILK-FRIENDLY DETOX TEA IS ON THE MENU

When it comes to detoxing, most women just grab the first thing they see on the store shelf. It's a different story when you're breastfeeding, though. A nursing mommy will need to pay careful attention to what she eats and drinks, and Cardi is no different. In August 2018, Cardi took to Instagram to announce her decision to start drinking TeaMi. The detox tea is an all-natural, nursing-friendly detox tea that has been promoted by celebrities like Kylie Jenner and Demi Lovato. The Daily Mail is less of a fan – the newspaper quoted a dietitian saying that "bodies detox naturally."

12 TWO MONTHS OLD AND ALREADY CAUSING HOLLYWOOD DISAGREEMENTS

There's no way you missed this huge headline. The biggest news of New York Fashion Week 2018 wasn't the designs. The news that Cardi B had allegedly thrown a shoe at Nicki Minaj was covered by CNN and every media outlet around. A messy online spat followed the incident, but this wasn't about charts or success. Nicki continues to deny that she has ever criticized Cardi's parenting methods, but the "Bodak Yellow" rapper disagrees.

Cardi wrote of Nicki Minaj, "But when you mention my child, you choose to like comments about me as a mother, make comments about my abilities to take care of my daughter..."

11 TWO DAYS TO GO AND STILL IN THE STUDIO

It takes a whole lot of willpower to take a nine-month bump to the studio. Most moms are spending those final days with their feet up (and a little bit of panic over when the waters will break). In a recent Instagram video about baby Kulture, Cardi admitted that she was in the studio two days before Kulture was born. "I haven't been to the studio... I don't know since, I don't know... two days before I gave birth." Some expectant mothers can manage daily tasks right up until the due date. Others need to be taking it easy. Cardi is definitely learning that she needs to take it easy now, though.

10 DADDY CHOSE THE NAME

One of the biggest decisions new parents will ever have to face is what to name their new bundle of joy. Some parents plan the name months in advance. Others can find themselves looking at their newborn and still not have a clue what name to pick. In April 2018, a pregant Cardi appeared on The Ellen Show to discuss her pregnancy. "Have you thought of names?" Ellen asked Cardi. "My dude chose the name," Cardi replied with a big smile. The name Kulture is a reference to Offset's two albums, Culture and Culture II. Of course, with these two, the spelling has a twist.

9 MOMMY IS CHOOSING A CAREER

Having a baby just as your career is taking off is an enormous challenge. Cardi has already told us that she doesn't want to leave her baby's side. Even "doing her hair" has this new mommy wanting her little pebble by her side. Cardi B is still an entertainment figure, though. In a radio interview, Cardi said: "Why I gotta choose a career or a baby? Why can't I have both? I want both." Beyonce has shown us that it's possible with three kids. So has Jennifer Lopez. A helping hand might be needed, but this is the 21st century. Women absolutely can have both.

8 BABY VERSACE AND GUCCI GALORE

Cardi B grew up on hard times in the Bronx. Those days are over, though. In July 2018, The Daily Mail reported that baby Kulture is getting the full designer treatment – yes, all the big brands. The British newspaper reported that baby Kulture spends her days in one of two strollers: A $2,090 Fendi one, plus a $1,149.

Kulture has a $600 Versace changing bag, Gucci sheets, and A $2,090 Fendi stroller.

This baby can also cuddle up to a $195 Givenchy teddy bear. Fans spotted the Gucci sheets in Cardi's Instagram video. That's nothing compared to what's to come, though...

7 A KULTURE CLOTHING LINE MAY BE IN THE WORKS

Stylish celebrity babies can be big business. North West was a style icon before she was one-year-old. Cardi B might seem like a newcomer to the celeb scene, but fame in 2018 is something that can explode overnight. According to Complex, Cardi B and Offset's daughter may be getting her own baby clothing line. The media outlet has reported that these parents wasted no time in trademarking their baby's name for possible merchandising rights. Before you call "money maker," you might want to watch this new mom's videos. The amount of love she has for her baby makes her total #MomGoals.

6 CARDI RESPECTS MOTHERS "MORE THAN EVER NOW"

This one won't be rocket science if you've been through it yourself. Sterilizing bottles, changing diapers, waking up every three hours – the list of things that moms face is endless. Weirdly, while we all grow up watching motherhood portrayed on TV, it isn't until we become a mother ourselves that the reality hits. In an emotional video, Cardi said: "I respect mothers more than ever now. I see moms differently – especially the young ones [who] barely have experience, they barely have money." Cardi added: "It's like. Wow. I don't know how they could do it." Cardi then threw out special respect to anyone with twins.

5 "IF YOU SEE KULTURE PICS, THEY'RE FAKE!"

"Can ya'll please stop posting [...] other peoples' babies and saying it's Kulture?" The one upside of not being rich and famous – it's unlikely that people are going to "fake post" pictures of babies and claim that it's yours. This one really got Cardi wound up. We've only seen a few pictures of baby Kulture. In fact, this pic of Cardi was a prank – she is holding a blanket, not her baby. "Disrespectful to other peoples' parents" is what Cardi thinks about these actions.

4 RED DORITOS WITH SOUR CREAM WERE THE GO-TO PREGNANCY CRAVING

According to Psychology Today, pregnancy cravings often appear in the first trimester and peak in the second. They're definitely unique to the individual – if you've been pregnant, you might be able to finish the phrase: "When I was pregnant, I was totally craving... " When Cardi was pregnant with Kulture, she had to give herself a "daily limit" on her ultimate craving: Red Doritos with sour cream and guacamole. Cardi said that she doesn't like the snack food usually. Craving unusual foods (even ones that are never on the "yes" list) is pretty common on pregnancy. Cardi added lemon-flavored foods to the list when speaking to Ellen.

3 EVEN CELEBRITIES GET POSTPARTUM DEPRESSION

Postpartum depression is something that any new mother can face. It isn't something that you can predict coming, and it can be difficult to diagnose – there are so many emotions when you're a new mom. Cardi has posted to social media that she had "underestimated this whole mommy thing." In an emotional video that saw a worn-out Cardi say that Kulture had "broken" her physically, fans learned that Cardi is dealing with postpartum depression. "My mind is so weird," she says, before asking: "How you say it? That postpartum depression."

2 CARDI LEARNED YOU DON'T "SPRING BACK" IN SIX WEEKS

Celebs pinging back into shape has gotten unreal. We see them at the 9-month mark and then two weeks later... they look exactly like they did before they were pregnant. Cardi has been learning that the Hollywood lifestyle doesn't necessarily mean putting appearance first. In an Instagram story, Cardi admitted that she thought it would be "six weeks" and she'd be back into shape. We're seeing the reality, though. "I got lazy," Cardi said before vowing that she will start Waist Training and detoxing. While Cardi did have to "remind myself I'm an entertainer," we can see that she wants to put baby Kulture first.

1 BRUNO MARS VS. KULTURE (KULTURE WINS)

For a celebrity whose career is exploding, this is the ultimate proof that motherhood can change you. Cardi had big plans for Bruno Mars' 24K Magic tour. She says so herself in her Instagram story: "It was such a hard decision," Cardi says. "Doing a tour, the biggest, the biggest arenas. But I don't wanna go on tour."

"I can't leave my baby for one second." Kulture wins over the Bruno Mars tour temptation.

Hit share on Facebook to give this mom the recognition she deserves. Kulture has completely changed Cardi B. She may also become a bigger brand than Stormi Webster. Most of all though, she has brought out the best in Cardi. "She's so beautiful."
