mama experiencing morning sickness. Ginger is known to soothe upset stomachs, so adding it to a cold treat in the summer heat can help ease mom’s symptoms and cool her down at the same time.

What you’ll need:

6-7 ripe peaches pitted and skinned

½ Tbsp fresh grated ginger

1 Cup of hot water

¼ Cup of sugar

What to do:

Dissolve sugar in hot water, then blend all ingredients together. Pour in your popsicle molds and freeze ‘til solid.
