Many fashions come into style and then right out of style. One that has not left and does not seem to be leaving anytime soon are yoga pants. These became particularly popular in the mommy department. These easy to slip on pants are comfortable and convenient. Moms are known to be in a rush or having a lot to do and having these trusty pants make the rush out the door ever easier. Yoga pants have become such the craze that they are pretty big with celebrities as well. Celebs have been known to even dress yoga pants up but that is still debatable. Many celeb moms swear by yoga pants for an errand run or for some yoga or any other type of exercise at that. The other great thing about yoga pants is that they can be pretty flattering to a woman’s figure, especially if she has been working hard to acquire her figure. One more thing many may not know about Biel is that she began her entertainment career as a vocalist.

Okay, so this one is too easy. Of course, Williams made it to this list. She is the epitome of someone that could, but does not and probably would not, wear yoga pants everyday. Williams recently became a mommy giving birth to a baby girl in September of 2017 and is already back in shape. She is an athlete and must have her workout routines and weight loss strategies already set. It was back when Williams faced an injury that could have ended her tennis career that she teamed up with one of the best sports performance trainers. They created a fitness and diet routine that worked for Williams and her situation.

Three meaning the number of cardio sessions per workout, two are the weight training circuits and one for the ab routine. The workout starts with cardio, then weights then back to cardio, weights, cardio and ends with ab workouts. The idea is to not rest between the workouts but of course only when possible without falling out.
At the beginning, it is okay to take rests as the body is not accustomed to the amount of stress it will procure but as you continue doing the workouts you cut down on the amount of rest until you are not resting at all in between. Sounds pretty intense, right? No wonder she looks a complete knock out wearing yoga pants or whatever else she wears. Hewitt also adds some running into her routine, doing most on an incline to workout the butt muscle and legs. Who does not want a more toned butt and legs?! We are all too familiar with this Kardashian from her and her sister’s show, Keeping Up With the Kardashians. But this Kardashian never seemed to have any issues with weight. She could have just been the sister that lucked out. She was slim with the curves to look good in yoga pants. Somewhere in between having children she seemed to have shut down and covered her body more than we are accustomed to seeing the Kardashian sisters do. She then decided to workout and became a vegan, since then she is not only slim but also more toned than we have ever seen her. She looks amazing as ever!

She started as a model herself, best remembered as a Victoria’s Secret Angel. One of the most amazing catwalks ever! It came as no surprise that she would go on to have her own model recruiting show, America’s Next Top Model. The show launched in 2003 and was a huge hit! She is now best known for her work in the Marvel movies, Guardians of the Galaxy as the character Gamora. With such kick-ass roles (literally and figuratively) it comes as no surprise that Saldana stays in shape and would of course look as amazing as she does in yoga pants. She also studied ballet for nine years which could explain her great posture and possibly will to stay fit.
What may come as a surprise is that Saldana is thirty nine years old and mom to three children. She birthed twins and the youngest is only one years old. How she does it, I would love to know. It is hard enough to get back in shape having birthed just one child and look the way she does when that child is a teenager. I know, I am sure she has a good team to help her out but who knows really. All I know is that she is a great body goals inspiration.

Keys is known to be a knock out. Which is probably why it was too easy for her to go down the no makeup route without feeling too self conscious. Also why she is on this list. Two babies down and her body looks as amazing as ever. Keys began her career as a singer/songwriter. Her single, Ballin’, sold over twelve million copies worldwide and the album won five Grammy Awards in 2002. Keys success did not end there but continued.
