6 You Have Trouble Breastfeeding
Some women may find breastfeeding to be extremely painful. Breastfeeding may be difficult for some women as they are experiencing lactation issues. Breast milk is the primary source of sustenance for a baby. When mothers feel that they are unable to provide food for their child, or any of the necessities, they may experience poor feelings about themselves as a mother. Speak to a medical professional who will be able to help you breastfeed, or suggest other alternatives.
5 Unplanned Pregnancy
Not all unplanned pregnancies are followed by feelings of regret. When you are in a stable relationship and stable finances and are okay with having a child, an unplanned pregnancy tends to receive a bigger welcome. However, an unwanted unplanned pregnancy will often create intense feelings of remorse. There are a lot of options available to you. If you are unable to make any decisions on your own, seek help from medical staff, such as a doctor, nurse, or therapist, as well as your support system.

Experiencing a traumatic situation, such as a car crash, near death experience, or major illness, will often linger with you. The extreme feelings that you felt during your traumatic situation will often stay with you. Those same feelings may then be transferred towards your baby, or you as a parent. There are a lot of counselling opportunities that you can take to help you deal with your traumatic experience and help you be ready to conquer the challenge of raising your baby.
1 Previous Post-Partum
If you have experienced post-partum with a previous pregnancy, you may be susceptible to having post-partum again. Having a new baby may trigger those same emotions, and force you to relive post-partum once again. Be sure to tell your doctor if you have experienced post-partum before. You may feel that you conquered it once before and may not need any help, but you will be putting you and your baby at risk of danger by not seeking help.
