Arnold Schwarzenegger is so excited to be a grandfather and he might have just shares the due date.
On May 18, Schwarzenegger was the guest on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon where he was talking over a video call. He was talking about his daughter Katherines's pregnancy and his thoughts about being a grandpa soon. Arnold said, “Can you believe that? That is really exciting news that Katherine now [is] pregnant and hav[ing] a baby. I don’t know when exactly. Sometime this summer. Inevitably, I’m really looking forward to playing around with whatever it is, she or he, and hav[ing] some fun.”
Arnold is also very excited that she is having a baby with actor Chris Pratt. “I think this is kind of a unique experience … just thinking about the gene pool. Think about this for a second. …You can do Kennedy, Schwarzenegger and Pratt,” he said. “We can do anything. We can go and solve the Cuban Missile Crisis, we can go and kill predators with our bare hands and we go and train dinosaurs.” The Terminator star explains that the "worst thing" about the baby would be if the baby came out and inherited his Austrian accent. Then he said, "That’s what we don’t want."
The news broke last month Chris and Katherine were expecting their first child together. This will be Katherine's first child and Pratt's second child. He shares a 7-year-old son with his ex-wife, Anna Farris.
We are so excited to see the new baby arrive. Apparently we get to look forward to the baby sometime in July or August! Congratulations you two! And we seriously can't wait to see Arnold as a sweet grandpa!
