The Bachelorette alum Desiree Hartsock revealed the gender of baby number 2 in the cutest Instagram post ever.
Hartsock and her husband Chris Siegfried, who she met on the hit ABC reality show, are expecting their second child together. She teased her Instagram followers before announcing whether she was having a boy or girl by captioning a photo of the couple asking her fans what they thought she was having.
It was a full-on celebration for the Siegfried family and their friends. They even involved their 2-year-old son Asher in the big reveal. The couple had Blue Box Bakery create a special cupcake for their son to bite into to share if he was getting a little sister or a little brother.
Asher is seen in a video biting into a vanilla cupcake filled with blue icing, while he was wearing a t-shirt that read Big Brother. Seriously the video clip is adorable, ending with the proud parents sharing a quick kiss after the cupcake revealed they were having another boy.
Yes, Hartsock and her husband are expecting another son. The soon to be mother of two will be even more outnumbered in her house, but she is just fine with it. Shortly after sharing the couple was expecting again, the reality TV star admitted even though she was hoping for a girl all that really mattered to her is having a healthy baby.
Back in July Hartsock spilled the beans she was pregnant again, telling US Weekly she is more comfortable the second time around because she knows what to expect. She also revealed her son is always pointing to her belly calling it the baby. Now he will be able to call his mom's growing belly his baby brother, even though his mom is not entirely convinced the little guy has any idea what he is talking about when it comes to the baby.
Fans of The Bachelorette will recall she got engaged to Siegfried five years ago on her season of the show. The couple got married two years later in 2015, and son Asher was born the following year. They are one of the few couples from the reality show that are still together.
