Paris Hilton is an auntie again! The socialite's brother, Barron, and his wife Tessa announced the birth of their first child, a daughter, on March 11, according to People magazine. Barron, 30, the second youngest child of hotel moguls Richard and Kathy Hilton, and Tessa, 26, married in St. Barts in 2018. The island is not only the same place where the two met at a restaurant three years ago but also the inspiration for their baby's unique name. “Welcome to the world our baby girl!” Tessa captioned the Instagram photo announcing her daughter's birth, revealing her firstborn's name and birthdate: “Milou Alizée Hilton 03.11.2020.”
The couple told People that "Milou" is a bow to where they met, Pointe Milou in St. Barts. “Her middle name, Alizée, means ‘trade winds’ in French,” the new parents added. “The winds of the island are what brought us together and then a few years later, it is what brought us Milou. She is a gift from the island.” The intimate photo appears to have been taken at the hospital and features a fresh-faced new mom cuddling her newborn, who is wrapped in a blanket and crowned with a striped baby beanie. The new dad, who dabbled in modelling, is seen gazing down at his new baby.
Family friend Faye Resnick of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" wrote that she can't wait to meet the new baby and that she is so lucky to have such kind, loving parents. New aunty Nicky chimed in and Hilton cousin Farrah Aldjufrie commented that she couldn't wait to meet her new niece. Farrah's mom is Kyle Richards, Kathy Hilton's sister.
Barron and Tessa announced their pregnancy to People magazine in September, a year after their spectacular island wedding at St. Barts. The famed Hilton family, including Barron's older sisters Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton Rothschild, trooped to the venue in island-friendly outfits for the special day.
Since becoming a Hilton, Tessa has shared many photos of her growing baby bump, including a photo session shot by her father, photographer Franz Walderdorff. The images were shot mostly in black and white and featured the happy couple in a series of shots. “The energy on set was powerful, full of emotion, raw and serene — a beautiful synergy between father, daughter, husband and child,” the socialite captioned the series of photos from the February session. “Baby was kicking and dancing the whole day!.”
