Bill & Giuliana Rancic Want To Use IVF To Expand Their Family Again

E!News Giuliana Rancic shares that she is open to expanding her family even though having her first child was a very difficult journey.

Giuliana Rancic wrote on Instagram on October 23 about her decision to not continue with E! News. She shared that E! had decided to move to New York City in January. Many people were questioning whether or not Giuliana was planning on making the move to NYC and she has decided that it is not the best for her and her family. She shared that at this time she won't be able to make the commitment to move her family to NYC and her schedule just won't allow it. She did say that she absolutely loves E! News though!

She is very busy with her many businesses that she runs. She says, "my clothing line G by Giuliana, Fountain of Truth skincare, and my role at RPM Restaurant Group, which is about to open its sixth location, keeps me active." It would be really difficult for her to leave her business and to move her family. And then she says, "And nothing is more important than spending time with my family, which we are hoping to grow soon. "

For those of you who don't know, Giuliana and her husband Bill Rancic had to go through a lot of trials in order to have their son Duke. Giuliana was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 in which she ended up having to undergo a double mastectomy. After trying several rounds of In-Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and then dealing with miscarriages and breast cancer they had to turn to a surrogate. Duke was born in 2012. Giuliana said that she is "open" to having another baby despite all of the complications that they went through to get their son. “I think that that was such a hard time in our lives, but at the same time, it was great,” Giuliana recalled, noting that though the time was difficult, the end result was worth the fight. “It was amazing, and it worked out for us in many ways. So yeah, we’re open to everything (IVF and surrogacy). Yes, We are.”

When you look at Giuliana from the outside you believe she just has the perfect life. She is beautiful, intelligent and very successful at what she does. People are drawn to her sparkling personality and you believe she just "has it all." When you start learning about her and her struggles you realize that things did not come easy to her and she has had to fight through so much hardship and adversity. Even through it all she has been such a positive inspiration to us all and we are in awe of her strength.
