The Bachelor alum and fan favorite Bob Guiney is a first-time dad. He recently welcomed a son with his wife, Jessica Canyon.
Grayson Robert Guiney was born on Monday, December 3rd. His proud dad used social media to share the joyous news. Guiney posted a photo of the sleeping baby in his nursery basinet on Instagram. The picture also included Grayson's footprints, weight, and length. In his post, the former reality star revealed his wife and baby boy were doing just fine. He also expressed his excitement and gratitude for what the special day had done for their little family.
Last summer Guiney and his wife of two years announced they were going to be first-time parents. In June the couple, along with their adorable dog Phoebe, were decked out in blue as they shared the news on Instagram that they were expecting a son. They each shared the same photo, on social media with different captions to announce the exciting news. Bob shared they were pregnant, while Jessica when a lighter funnier route by saying the couple was going for it.
Bachelor Nation fans have been following Guiney since he was on the very first season of The Bachelorette. He didn't win Trista's heart on that season, but he went on to be The Bachelor in season 4 of the ABC show. Although he chose Estella Gardinie, their union was short-lived. Guiney was a fan favorite and people were crushed when he didn't find love the second time.
However, Guiney eventually did find love though with General Hospital actress Rebecca Budig. The met and married not long after his split from Gardinie. His marriage to Canyon is actually his third marriage. The new dad wed his college sweetheart Jennifer Lantz right out of college. They were only married for a couple of years.
The Bachelor alum Bob Guiney is taking on the new position of fatherhood. It is a role the 47-year-old has been wanting for years. Life has finally fallen into place for TV personality, who often appears on the Today show segment "Guys Tell All."
