Drinking a lot of caffeine on a regular basis while breastfeeding is not advisable. What you eat works its way to the breast milk, and caffeine disrupts your baby's sleeping pattern. Caffeine can also lead to your baby becoming fussy. Caffeine is not only found in coffee but also
in some teas as well as sodas and some medicines. Pay close attention to what you are drinking but a maximum of two cups of coffee is not a problem.
