Brie Bella bared her belly nine months after having a baby in an Instagram post, showing how the post baby body struggle is real - even for celebrities.

The Total Bellas star posted an amazing photo of her body, with a caption that is not only raw, but also very empowering for women.

“9 months postpartum #BeeConfident #BeeYou #LetsBeeBOLDtogether,” Bella captioned the picture of her wearing an outfit from her sister Nikki Bella’s clothing line.

There is no question about it, Bella looks amazing almost one year after giving birth to daughter, Birdie Joe Danielson, who she had with husband Daniel Bryan. However, it has not been an easy journey for her. The WWE star has been vocal about how difficult it was for her to get her body back after having her little girl.

She had baby Birdie via an emergency C-section in May 2017. The emergency surgery affected her recovery time and caused serious issues in her ability to work out as she tried to get back into shape.

"I've literally had a baby two months ago and I feel like I haven't worked out for 20 years. I'm out of breath, out of shape and I'm just thinking to myself, ‘Oh man, this sucks,'" Bella shared in an interview with E! News about her journey returning to the wrestling ring.

Her story was featured in season two of Total Bellas, which included her vocal desire to come back to wrestling. Bella officially returned to the ring in the Royal Rumble match at the 2018 Royal Rumble. The wrestlers journey to get back in the ring will be featured in season three of the reality show, which will premiere some time this spring.

Brie Bella used social media to show off her post baby body, and let her fans know her journey took almost a year. Her comments section was quickly flooded with reactions from followers thanking her for being so real. Women expressed how her photo made them feel better about themselves after having a baby and also inspired them to keep going on their journeys. One user even thanked her for showing how every woman is different and that not all women’s bodies simply bounce back after having a baby.
