Eliza Dushku and husband Peter Palandjian have welcome their newest addition! Little Philip 'Bourne' Dushku Palandjian was born last Saturday, and his parents couldn't be more overjoyed.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star posted on Instagram announcing little Bourne's arrival, captioning the Lion King throwback, "Can you feel the love, Philip 'Bourne'?!". Dushku went on to explain that Bourne will be Philip's nickname so that he'll be able to tell people, "as in the town down in Cape Cod vs 'Jason'."

In the post announcing his birth, Dushku's writing explodes with love and emojis as she tells fans how happy both she and her husband are now that their little bundle of joy is finally here.
"Yep, our beautiful Baby Boy arrived in Beantown... Philip 'Bourne' Dushku Palandjian... rolled up & out this past Saturday night to the warmest welcome of his already madly in love w him parents (good god, I love my husband!), fam & friends."
Dushku, 38, announced her pregnancy back in February and fans have been patiently awaiting the little Buffy baby's birth since the news release. Baby Bourne is Eliza's first child, whereas Peter Palandjian has four more from a previous marriage.
The couple, who will soon be celebrating their first wedding anniversary, has nothing but love for each other. In many of their social media posts, they gush about how special each other are and how lucky they are to be together- something their followers strive for! The pair is the epitome of love; and now with little Bourne thrown into the mix, that love has increased ten-fold!
Since getting married, Dushku has been beaming with joy with all of the good things that have happened this past year and has been using social media as a way of including her fans in her happiness. Despite trolls quickly jumping on Palandjian's age (55), among other things, Dushku hasn't let them bring her down. The past 12 months have been irredeemably momentous, to say the least.
Although Dushku hasn't released much information surrounding the birth, if it was complication-free, we can assume that her labour and delivery were reflective of her strong views on promoting wellness, healing, and connections.
One thing is for sure, baby Bourne was born into a world of love (something Dushku was criticized for when announcing her pregnancy- bringing a baby into a world that's quickly going downhill). Dushku and Palandjian have made it their mission to raise their son surrounded by loving friends and family.
