Caitlyn Jenner recently couldn’t stop gushing over her daughter Kylie’s parenting skills, calling her a “wonderful” mother to her 20-month old daughter, Stormi.
Reports have suggested that Kylie is no longer as close to her father as she has been ever since Caitlyn’s falling out with the Kardashian Klan a few years ago. But recently, the daughter-father duo has been putting those rumours to rest. Speaking to Us Weekly, Caitlyn says that she’s gotten to see Kylie’s parenting skills up-close since they’ve been spending so much time together.
“I’m around Kylie probably the most of all the kids,” the dad-of-six told the publication. “Little Stormi is a wonderful little kid, [and Kylie] is a wonderful mom. She’s totally dedicated to her.” She added that she’s greatly enjoying being a Grandmother, since it means she doesn’t have to do the dirty work when it comes to child rearing! “I spent 34 years carpooling, so to be able to have a messy diaper and … just hand it back! It’s a wonderful thing,” Cait added.
Not only does Caitlyn have six biological children, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, but she was famously a stepfather to the Kardashian kids during her marriage to Kris Jenner. She told Us that she has over 20 grandchildren hanks to her kids and step kids- but she couldn’t be happier! “I told the girls years ago that I wanted 30 grandchildren. They were not that excited about that, but they’re getting there!’ she said.
While Kylie is unlikely to give Caitlyn any more grandchildren, given that recently broken up with her long-time love, Travis Scott, the Jenner-Kardashian is set to get a bit bigger next year. Caitlyn’s son Brandon Jenner and his girlfriend, Cayley Stoker, revealed a few months ago that they’re expecting twins together.
BabyGaga reported on Brandon and Cayley’s baby news back in August. “We are at 12 weeks now, so near the end of the first trimester,” Brandon told People at the time. “We’re madly in love and we are very excited about this! Our families are thrilled. It’s wonderful news.” The news came as a bit of a shock since Brandon had only announced his divorce from his partner of 14-years, Leah Jenner, weeks earlier. The exes share a 4-year old daughter but maintain there’s no animosity between them.
"Leah and I split up in a really beautiful way, and I think we handled it in the best way possible. It was a process and it took some time to finalize,” Brandon added. “And now that Leah and I have moved on, I am starting a family with Cayley, and I'm so happy about it."
