19 She Was Raised In Texas

Hilary was born in Houston, Texas, on September 28th, 1987. She's a Libra and Libras are known for their charm. Clearly, Hilary did charm the youth of America when she appeared on an iconic TV show and some memorable films, including Agent Cody Banks. Hilary had thought it would go faster because it was her second child. Her son, who is six, wasn't present during the labor and Hilary said he wasn't that fascinated by the process.

She was a bit frustrated by the progress of her labor but eventually got to the point where it was time to push. It took roughly five pushes to deliver her baby. The midwives help her up in the water while she gave birth.

1 Her New Baby Is Starting To Smile Sometimes

Banks Violet is beginning to smile now and then, which makes her famous mother smile, too. Banks is so cute and may or may not look like her mother. It's a little too soon to tell.
