Channing Tatum Shares His Thoughts About Ex Jenna Dewan's Pregnancy

Hollywood's heart broke when the news was released that stars Channing Tatum and Jenna Dewan were getting divorced after eight years of marriage. Although it ended amicably, flashbacks to 2006's Step Up broke their fans' hearts as they reminisced about the on-screen and off-screen connection the two shared.

Now after eight years together and having their daughter, Everly, who is now six-years-old, the couple moved on to other people. Tatum is currently dating singer, Jessie J., and Dewan is madly in love with Steve Kazee, who is a celebrity as well.

For about a year, rumours about Kazee and Dewan have been circling but it wasn't until June that the couple shared their undeniable connection. Now, Dewan is expecting a baby with Kazee and the pair couldn't be happier. "We are beyond overjoyed and couldn't be happier to be expanding our family!" the couple tells People.

Dewan writes on Instagram, "Becoming a mother is quite simply the absolute best most incredible thing that has ever happened to me. @stevekazee you are a gift from above and i couldn't be more excited to be expanding our family together...! Thank you guys for all the love!!"

The post, which has gotten over a half a million likes so far, has the news of the pregnancy spreading like wildfire throughout the media. Fans are beyond excited for Dewan, who simply adores motherhood, but have been questioning how Tatum reacted to the news. Given their relationship ended just about as well as one could, Tatum's response was very mature and dignified.

To show how much Dewan still cares for her ex-husband, Tatum knew about the pregnancy before it was being announced. Dewan wanted to be sure that Tatum was let in on the secret beforehand so it didn't come as such a shock when it was released in the media.

Sources report Tatum is "happy" for Dewan and very supportive of the new baby and sibling for Everly that is on the way. With his life progressing with Jessie J., he is glad his ex-wife has found love again just like he has and that she has the opportunity to be a great mother to yet another child.
