David Beckham celebrated International Women's Day by posting a touching tribute to his wife, his mom, and his daughter.

Celebrity relationships tend to be stereotypically short. Couplings including the likes of Britney Spears, Charlie Sheen, and Kim Kardashian have reinforced that stereotype over the years. However, others have bucked the trend and gone against the grain. Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds are very much relationship goals, as are Chrissy Teigen and John Legend.

One star-studded couple that likely had cynics at the start saying "I give it a week" is David and Victoria Beckham. The soccer star and pop singer have been married since the last millennium. Okay, not as impressive as it sounds, but this summer the Beckhams will celebrate their 20th wedding anniversary. Plus, they have had four children over the course of those two decades.

David proved that love is very much still there in the relationship this past Friday. To celebrate International Women's Day, the ex-Manchester United player posted a touching tribute to all the females in his family. His mom, his wife, and his daughter. "I’m so blessed to have these amazing women in my life, they inspire me every single day," Beckham posted on Instagram alongside a selection of photos of the three women mentioned above.

Even during his playing days, Beckham was never a man who was afraid to wear his heart on his sleeve, and that trend has continued into his post-soccer life. He never passes up the opportunity to celebrate and thank the women in his life. He thanked his mom for everything she has done for him on her last birthday, poured his heart out when his daughter Harper turned seven last year, and exclaimed his love for Victoria when they celebrated 19 years together last summer.

Celebrity couples just starting out on their journey or who have been together for a while should take inspiration from the Beckhams. In fact, couples in general for that matter. The pair have stuck together through thick and thin, brought four children into the world, and the bond between them is still a strong one. We hope they enjoy their second 20 years together as much as they have enjoyed the first.
