Jessica Alba is not only in the business of helping moms out and making their lives a little easier, but also making them look and feel their best, too.
The Hollywood actress and Honest co-founder is giving a moms a reason to shop online with some incredible Amazon Prime day sales that are too good that style and eco-conscious moms won’t want to pass this up.
Even though Jessica Alba is known for her box office hits, back in 2011 she decided to start up her own organic brand of baby products after realizing that some of the items on store shelves were not as eco-friendly, organic or even safe and healthy.
That’s when she came up with The Honest Company. Along with her co-founders Brian Lee, Sean Kane and Christopher Gavignan, they came up with a line that emphasizes on household products to help supply the marketplace for more ethical consumerism. In other words, she helped create a company that provided an alternative to some of the baby products that were already available in the market, but without ingredients such as petrochemicals and synthetic fragrances.
Since then, The Honest Company has become a billion-dollar empire, with Alba continuing her work to bring families better products for their children. She even lobbied Congress to be more strict when it comes to testing consumer products in the marketplace for chemical inputs.
Over the course of the last eight years, The Honest Company has expanded and is now offering beauty products for moms, with many of them deeply discounted in time for Amazon’s annual Prime Day sales, according to People Magazine. During the two-day online sale, Honest Company fans can score about 20 percent off some of their favourite products, which include some from the company’s clean beauty and baby favourites lines.
Some fan favourites include the Vitamin C Radiance Serum, which is now just $20 along with the Gently Nourishing Face and Body Lotion at $10.
If that weren’t enough, fans can also get their hands on a vegan leather backpack (that also doubles up as a diaper bag) for just $78. The discounts are applied at the checkout for Amazon Prime members.
