A group of stray dogs were able to rescue a little baby girl who was thrown into a drain in India.

An infant baby girl was left in the gutters in India. She was probably left there to die. She was crying and screaming. Some stray dogs heard her cries and went to investigate where the cries were coming from. The dogs obviously were very concerned about the little girl. The dogs went over to the drain where they could hear the infant crying and they all started barking at the drain. They were trying to get the attention of somebody who could help the infant. Many people noticed the dogs and their peculiar behavior and so they contacted the police to tell them about the dogs who were strangely barking at a gutter.

The authorities arrived to find that the baby girl was actually out of the drain and laying in front of the dogs. The police were able to get surveillance video and they found that an unidentified woman was holding an infant and then she threw the infant into the drain. The video showed the dogs barking at the drain and then pulling the infant out of the drain. They were able to take the baby to the nearest hospital.

The little girl is not in good condition. She is extremely tiny. The hospital weighed her and found that she only weighed less than 1,100 grams. At this time the baby is in the Intensive Care Unit in the hospital and they are working really hard to help the little girl survive. She will have to be a fighter in order to get big and strong enough to survive.

At this time the police have no leads as to where the mother is, but they have filed a report against the unidentified woman who left the baby in the drain. She will face charged for abandoning the child once she is found. The stray dogs were definitely the heroes in this story. They knew that something was wrong and they were able to notify people about the infant so that she could be rescued and she had a chance at survival.
