Drake gave the Instagram world a cute little teaser of his 2-year old son Adonis by posting a picture of him wearing a sock with the words "I Heart Daddy" on it.
No one has seen much of Adonis since his birth. His mother, Sophie Brussaux, showed plenty of pictures of her baby bump growing up until three weeks before she delivered. After the birth, she gave the internet a glimpse of her baby's head when she posted a picture of her breastfeeding him as an infant. Since then, thought, she hasn't posted any more pictures of Adonis since.

In a whirlwind of a relationship, Drake and Brussaux were first spotted together in Amsterdam in January of 2017. About seven months later, Brussaux posted a picture of herself with a very pregnant belly wearing a blue sash that said: "Mum to be". Rumours flew quickly that Drake was the father. Fellow rap artists caught on to his "March 14" lyrics and presumed they were about Brussaux.
These rumours were confirmed when he started paying for child care before Adonis was born. The two are not currently together but civilly co-parent. Drake hopes to better his relationship with Brussaux because he grew up with divorced parents, and does not want that type of family for his son.
In October of this year, Drake shared a picture on Instagram of Adonis' birthday. It seemed quite the grand event with gold balloons and a floral Cookie Monster arrangement. Brussaux also posted a picture outside of the building with similar Cookie Monster flowers captioned "A proud, PROUD, birthday mom". It certainly looked like a birthday party fit for a king.
As for now, Drake is working on a follow-up album to Scorpion, even though it just released last year. On his Instagram, he posted a picture of a Kevin O Chris album cover featuring Drake with the caption "from my recent travels..." Brussaux recently spoke about art and sustainability at the UN-Habitat and Urban Economy Forum conference at York University in Toronto Canada Although these two live busy lives and are busy keeping their son private, the world hopes that it will see more than a Burberry sweatsuit and cute socks from Adonis in the future.
