The 3rd Hour of Today co-host Dylan Dreyer, 38, is enjoying every moment of her maternity leave and she says that it feels like Heaven for her. Dreyer and her husband Brian welcomed their second son Oliver George on 2 Jan and they are super excited about it. Brian is also on paternity leave; therefore, they help each other in taking care of Oliver.

Dreyer called in on Friday morning via a video call with Oliver in her arms to update her 3rd Hour of Today colleagues of how she is faring on with the little angel, slightly over a week after welcoming him into this world. She was so excited about her second-time maternity and she said that she appreciates every moment so much. She said that her son sleeps most of the time and as soon as her first son Calvin leaves for school, she lays on the couch and watches movies.

According to PEOPLE, Oliver was born on 2 Jan at 9:13 am local time. He measured 19 inches long and weighed 7 lbs., 2 oz. During her call, Dryer said that Oliver was born a pound lighter than her first son Calvin was. She admitted that Oliver was the smallest baby she has ever held. Calvin, 3, has adjusted to the new member of the family and he loves Oliver so much. Dreyer said that Calvin could not wait to meet Oliver. When he saw him for the first time at the hospital, Calvin wore a big smile on his face and he wanted to hold him right away.

The Today show meteorologist shared that all has been going well with her first son since the arrival of his little brother and he says that he wants Oliver to pick him up from school. Calvin wakes up to Oliver in the morning and gives him a kiss on his forehead and Dreyer feels lucky that he is not taking it the wrong way and he does not feel left out or abandoned. She feels like the love she has for Calvin has increased because of Oliver and she is proud that her house is full of love.

On Sunday, Dreyer shared lovely photos of Oliver on her Instagram when they were about to leave the hospital. The photos showed little Oliver wrapped in a white blanket and he was sound asleep. Dreyer captioned the post saying that Oliver was relaxed and ready to head home. She was grateful for everyone who had poured their love and kindness to them. Initially, Dreyer was wondering how she could find love for another child. However, when Oliver arrived, everything turned out perfect.
