Bündchen goes on in her post to praise all of the mothers for all that they do for their children. She praises all the mothers who breastfeed and how amazing they are to do that for their children. Gisele then shares a "throwback" photo of her and her daughter. Her daughter is now 6 but she wanted to share a photo of her breastfeeding her as a baby. Gisele explains that the most special times that she has had with her children was being able to breastfeed them and have that moment with them. She said that the special look she gets when they are nursing is a feeling of connection that isn't like anything else that she has ever experienced.

She did admit that it was very important for her to say that it was very difficult at first. She had to experience all of the soreness, the pain, and the cracked nipples. She even felt the engorgement and being really uncomfortable but she still loved breastfeeding. She thinks that it is a beautiful thing and she is grateful that there is a month dedicated to honoring breastfeeding mothers.

Bündchen admits that a lot of women do not get the chance to breastfeed and so she feels very blessed that she was able to nourish them in that way. She is very grateful that she was able to breastfeed her children and experience such an amazing connection with her two children that many women don't get the chance to be part of in their mothering journey. She said that breastfeeding really is amazing and that her children actually never got sick while breastfeeding and she knows it's because breastmilk is so amazing for their health.
