Popular American singer/songwriter Halsey, 25, quickly moved on after breaking up with her last boyfriend, British rock star Yungblud, 22. She took to Instagram and the red carpet to confirm her current relationship with American actor Evan Peters, 32. While some people will argue that she moved on far too quickly, fans of the singer are just glad to see that she was able to find happiness again.

But with a new relationship comes plenty of rumours that can (and often will) try to rain on your happiness. Break-up rumours and wedding rumours are the start of it, but that's not the end of it. One of the biggest, most popular and most annoying rumour concerning a relationship is pregnancy. This has plagued Halsey and Peters and only got worse after a picture emerged of Peters holding her stomach while they were out. But Halsey has been quick to say that no, she's not pregnant.

"Still not pregnant. Still just allergic to gluten. Still love pancakes. Is it a boy? Is it a girl? It’s pancakes," she wrote on Twitter in response to the rumours swirling around the photo in question.

It's been speculated by news media outlets and fans that Peters' actions of touching his girlfriend's stomach wasn't exactly an accident. Some believe that the couple staged the photo as a petty way to annoy Peters' ex-fiancée, American actress Emma Roberts, 28. The engaged couple broke up back in March of 2019. But the couple hasn't confirmed nor denied the idea.

"Halsey is just being cute and provocative. That’s her game," an insider close to Halsey revealed about this particular rumour.

It's really hard to say whether the couple's photo was an unlucky shot or a carefully planned out photo-op. With neither Halsey nor Peters spilling the details, everyone else is left to wonder what exactly the truth is. On the bright side, no one has to wonder if Halsey is pregnant or not. Well- at least, not right now. We're sure the pregnancy rumours will come up again sometime in the future.
