Below Deck Mediterranean star Hannah Ferrier has announced she gave birth to her baby girl! This is the first child for the actress and her boyfriend Josh. She told her followers about their baby girl’s arrival on Instagram this week.
On Monday, Ferrier revealed that she had given birth to the couple’s daughter recently. Ferrier says their baby girl, who they named Ava Grace Roberts, was born on October 26. The Bravo TV star says Ava is “already a little menace” who had captured their hearts forever, according to PEOPLE. Ferrier posted three photos of her newborn with the first photo showing her holding her new bundle of joy while beaming with pride and looking down at her. The second photo gives Ferrier’s fans a glimpse of Ava up close while the third picture shows Ava in an adorable mid-yawn face.
On June 8, Ferrier announced she was pregnant through an Instagram post in which she said her daughter was already her favorite adventure. The then soon-to-be mom smiled at the camera in a light-colored lace dress as she held her baby bump. Ferrier did not mention Josh in the pregnancy announcement, but previously said he was thrilled his girlfriend was expecting. The actress said he was “over the moon” and every excited to become a dad.
Ferrier announced she was pregnant a week after she said she was leaving after the fifth season of Below Deck Mediterranean. Shortly after announcing her pregnancy, she thanked her followers for all of their warm wishes, comments and messages. At the time, Ferrier was five months pregnant and said she was due in late October. The 33-year-old said having a child was something she had wanted since she was a little girl and she felt like all of her dreams were coming true at once. She also credited the Bravo TV show for being an “amazing journey” for her, saying she got “so much out of it.”
The Australian star was very open about her pregnancy and kept her followers updated on her growing baby bump. She even gave her followers a glimpse at her baby girl’s nursery and a look inside her baby shower which was held back in August. She also posted photos from her maternity shoot less than a month before giving birth. The actress can be seen donning a beautiful gold dress and headpiece. On the day of their daughter’s birth, Ferrier posted that it was she and Josh’s 2-year anniversary. She said she was looking forward to their next chapter together.
