Actress Helen Flanagan has her hands full. Welcoming her third child with Preston football star and fiancé Scott Sinclair this spring, the ex-Celtic WAG has been feeling guilty about her growing brood and how five-year-old Matilda and two-year-old Delilah will react to the new addition.

Already busy with potty training a toddler and homeschooling a kindergartner, she often looks at her daughters and becomes emotional thinking about how the two will be impacted. The Coronation Street star said she’s concerned the youngest might feel “pushed out”, particularly after a few hard months of home school with her big sister. She’s already been driving conversation through social media on the difficulties of homeschooling due to the pandemic and having younger children running around in the process.

Showing her independent side, the toddler has decided to begin dressing herself. Yet, her two favorite pieces of clothing, includes one piece with a stain on it. Flanagan called the morning routine a “battle” and she’s grateful for the daycares still open for a break from the chaos.

As for kindergartner, Matilda, Flanagan senses her frustration as well. “So yesterday, I did shout at her because she just plays me up. I don’t care if she gets things wrong, but I care when I’m trying to give her 100 percent and she’s just playing me because she can’t be bothered,” Flanagan wrote.

Three children typically pull parents in a variety of directions and despite a desire to do it all, there are limitations on how many places one can be at once. Calling it “mommy guilt”, Flanagan described her fears in a recent Instagram post, asking followers if they too, had experienced some emotion watching their youngest become the middle child. “Love my curly haired green eyed wild one so very much,” Flanagan wrote, according to The Sun.

Making matters a bit more complicated, Flanagan told the Manchester Evening News she was still co-sleeping with her oldest, Matilda last fall.

“We’re gradually working on that,” she said. While Delilah is happy sleeping in bed, her older daughter has always preferred cuddling with mom; a problem with pregnancy back pain plaguing the evenings.

The former I’m A Celebrity star is hoping she’ll get Matilda in her own bed before the baby arrives. In positive news, the mom of two is taking extra time to spend with her daughters prior to the birth and recently took them sledding. Cute pictures of her kids pulled by a sled on a blanket of snow were just posted to Instagram along with regular updates of the growing baby bump. Flanagan has been vocal about the daily stresses and issues throughout her pregnancy journey – this time, with two more little ones in tow.

The couple announced they were expecting last fall in an Instagram post of the family, with big sisters holding a strip of sonogram photos.
