One mom lost the baby weight with 15-minute workouts she did at midnight because it was the only time that fit into her busy schedule.

It has been three months since Gold Coast fitness trainer Emily Skye gave birth to her daughter, however she already has her rocking body back. According to Daily Mail, Skye is sharing how eating healthy, hard work, and midnight workouts, after baby Mia fell asleep, are what helped her achieve her goal.

“Some people might think my progress is due to my genetics or because of breastfeeding but I can tell you it's got a LOT to do with hard work and consistency. All those midnight workouts I did after Mia fell asleep and eating healthy meals from my FIT Program are getting me great results. I knew it wasn't going to be easy and I'd have to work for it so that's what I'm doing. I'm very proud of what I've done so far! I'm getting stronger and leaner every day and I’m in a good mood most of the time hehe (bonus)!’ she shared in an Instagram post.

Although Skye is proud of her accomplishment, she has also revealed because of her fitness goals she has been the subject of a lot of online bullying. In fact, she has been mommy shamed for focusing on fitness and accused of not putting her daughter’s needs first.

"Some people misunderstand my reasons for living a fit and active lifestyle and think it's "selfish" because I'm now a mum. Being fit, strong and healthy is important to me mainly because of how it makes me feel. And if I feel good I'm happy, and I'm a much better mum to my daughter Mia and a better partner to my man Dec and so on,” Skye explained.

Emily Skye is proving that hard work, eating healthy and dedication are what it takes to achieve fitness goals. It is not all about genetics and breastfeeding but rather putting in the time and effort. Even if you only have 15 minutes a day, as long as you schedule to time to workout you will see results.
